摘要:建始縣長嶺崗林場29 a生日本落葉松自由授粉家系子代測定林為研究對象,通過對生長性狀進行遺傳變異分析,結果表明:不同家系之間樹高和材積存在極顯著差異,不同家系之間的胸徑存在顯著差異,各生長性狀的家系遺傳力大于單株遺傳力,表型變異(CVP)均明顯高于遺傳變異(CVG),日本落葉松家系間和家系內個體間存在較大的差異;利用最佳線性預測(BLP)方法采用家系與家系內個體聯合估算育種值,按入選率為10%,選擇出40個優良單株,為該地區營建高世代種子園及品種遺傳改良與推廣提供優質材料和科學依據。

Research on Open Pollination Progeny Superior Individual Selection
of Larix kaempferi in Southern Subalpine Areas

Abstract: We carried out 29yearold progeny test of openpollinated families of Larix kaempferi in Jianshi County, by the study of the genetic variation of growth characteristics analysis. The results showed that the different families had extremely significant differences between tree height and volume, diameter at breast height had exist significant differences in different families, the growth traits of the heritability was greater than the individual heritability, genetic variation of phenotypic variation (CVP) were significantly higher than (CVG), Larix kaempferi had significant differences in families and individuals; we adopted a methods of optimal Best linear prediction (BLP) the individual within the family and the family joint estimate the breeding value, according to ten percentage selection rate , then we selected 40 superior individuals for clone breeding, seed orchard construction high generation in the region, varieties popularized, provided the fine genetic materials and scientific basis.

日本落葉松Larix kaempferi具有適應性強、早期速生、材質優良的特性,是我國北方及南方亞高山地區重要的針葉造林樹種,為選育出適宜的優良單株,開展無性系育種研究和無性系造林提供材料,對推動落葉松無性系林業的發展、提高單位面積生產力具有重要的意義[1-4]。本文對建始縣長嶺崗林場29 a生日本落葉松自由授粉家系子代測定林的生長性狀進行遺傳變異分析,利用最佳線性預測(BLP)估算了單株育種值,選擇出的優良單株,為在湖北等亞熱帶高山區建立高世代種子園提供高質量的育種材料,提升當地日本落葉松造林的良種化遺傳水平和良種使用率。
