摘 要 對17份山螞蝗材料營養(yǎng)期的營養(yǎng)成分進(jìn)行測定與分析。結(jié)果表明:(1)粗蛋白含量最高的為CIAT3787(D. hererocarpum)(22.34%),其次是CIAT46562(D. dunniinicaraguense)(22.32%);粗纖維含量最高的是CIAT13218(D. velutinum)(38.70%),顯著高于其他品系(p>0.05);(2)山螞蝗營養(yǎng)成分之間存在不同程度的相關(guān)性,粗纖維含量分別與粗灰分、無氮浸出物、磷的含量存在極顯著負(fù)相關(guān),粗灰分含量與磷含量有極顯著正相關(guān),與鈣含量有顯著相關(guān);(3)通過聚類分析,在歐氏距離8.0處,可將17份供試山螞蝗材料劃分為3類,其中CIAT46562和CPI46561(D. incanum)單獨(dú)聚為一類。

Abstract The nutritional components of 17 Desmodium Desv. accessions were studied at vegetative stage. The results indicated that CIAT3787(D. hererocarpum)had the hightest CP(22.34%), and the next was CIAT46562 (D. dunniinicaraguense)(22.32%). CIAT 13218(D. velutinum)had the highest CF(38.70%), and significantly higher than other accessions. Nutritional components of Desmodium Desv. had different degree of correlation coefficient. CF with Ash, NFE and P had extremely significant(p<0.01)negative correlation. Ash with P had extremely significantly positive correlation(p<0.01), with Ca had significantly positive correlation(p<0.05). Based on nutritional components, the accessions were clustered into three groups. CIAT46562 and CPI46561(D. incanum)all solely were a group.

我國是農(nóng)業(yè)大國,畜牧業(yè)隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)水平提高,發(fā)展迅速,牧草是農(nóng)業(yè)和畜牧業(yè)的重要生產(chǎn)資料,20世紀(jì)90年代以來,在國家西部開發(fā)、退耕還草、退牧還草的政策支持下,我國牧草產(chǎn)業(yè)取得了較快的發(fā)展。牧草產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對于促進(jìn)草食畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展、提高綠色GDP、改善生態(tài)環(huán)境、調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面都具有重要作用[1]。因此,引進(jìn)篩選改良牧草品種,在新時(shí)期發(fā)展牧草產(chǎn)業(yè)具有重要戰(zhàn)略意義。豆科牧草因其粗蛋白含量高,在牧草產(chǎn)業(yè)中有著不可替代的作用。山螞蝗屬(Desmodium Desv.)是豆科蝶形花亞科山螞蝗族,一年或多年生草本或灌木植物,因其適應(yīng)性強(qiáng),抗性強(qiáng),廣泛分布于熱帶和亞熱帶地區(qū),全球約350種[2-5]。山螞蝗屬植物草產(chǎn)量較高,營養(yǎng)豐富,是熱帶亞熱帶地區(qū)極具潛力的高蛋白飼料來源。
牧草中的營養(yǎng)成分直接影響牲畜的產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量,是作為評定牧草質(zhì)量的重要指標(biāo)之一,國內(nèi)外對牧草營養(yǎng)成分的研究成果豐富,尤其是對有“牧草之王”之稱的南方的柱花草和北方的苜蓿的研究深入。徐……
