SHOFU拋光系統對前牙納米樹脂美容修復結果的影響

摘要：目的 探討使用SHOFU拋光技術對前牙納米樹脂美容修復結果的影響。方法 Ivoclar納米樹脂修復前牙齲損或缺損，實驗組用松風拋光系統，對照組僅簡單修型拋光，1年后評價修復成功率。結果 1年評價顯示，實驗組經用松風拋光系統拋光后的遠期美容修復的成功率為94.8%，遠遠高于對照組的79.6%。結論 納米樹脂修復后，配合使用SHOFU拋光系統能更好的提高修復體表面滑澤度并能較長期保持。

Effect of SHOFU Polishing System on the Results of Anterior Teeth Nano Resin Repair

Abstract：Objective Explore the esthetic estoration effects on anterior teeth with nano resin by using SHOFU polishing system.Methods The anterior teeth were choosed to be restored with Ivoclar nano resin，the experimental group used SHOFU polishing system，which compared the restoration successs rate with the control group using easy polishing system during the same one year.Results The one year comparison reveals that the success rate of experimental group is 94.8%，which is higher than the control group with 79.6%.Conclusion Using SHOFU polishing system after nano resin repair could better improve smoothness and glossiness ofrestoration，and maintain longer.

前牙缺損大多是齲或者外傷性因素造成的，納米復合樹脂作為一種美觀粘結材料，因其色澤相似性好、能快速成型等特點已逐步成為前牙牙體缺損修復的理想選擇[1]，但是因為解剖形態及位置的特殊關系，粘結在前牙的納米樹脂材料容易因為細菌粘附量增加形成繼發齲以及受力不均等原因脫落，而拋光系統有使修復體表面光潔，減少細菌粘附的作用，因此把納米樹脂修復和拋光系統相結合起來使用所起的效果，可作為臨床探討的方向。

1 資料與方法

1.1一般資料 選擇2012～2013年我院口腔門診上前牙齲損或外傷性缺損患者105例120顆患牙，男40例，女65例。年齡23～61歲，平均（40.2±2.6）歲。選擇標準：①上前牙齲損或缺損；②患者知情同意，能配合治療。按患者就診順序隨機將患牙分成兩組，每組各60顆，兩組患者治療前都給予同樣的口腔衛生和刷牙方式等影響前牙美容修復的指導與評價。實驗組采用日本松風拋光條以及拋光系統精細拋光；對照組僅做修形拋光。……
