四聯(lián)療法治療幽門螺桿菌陽性十二指腸球部潰瘍效果探討

[摘要] 目的 通過觀察四聯(lián)療法治療幽門螺桿菌陽性十二指腸球部潰瘍的效果，分析探討四聯(lián)療法在治療這種疾病中是否值得在臨床上推廣。 方法 選取2011年4月—2014年4月期間在該院接受治療的幽門螺桿菌陽性十二指腸球部潰瘍患者94例，并將這94例患者隨機(jī)平均分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組47例和對(duì)照組47例，對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組的患者使用四聯(lián)療法治療，對(duì)對(duì)照組的患者使用三聯(lián)療法治療，比較兩組的治療成效和不良反應(yīng)。 結(jié)果 實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者在接受治療后，幽門螺桿菌的根除率為91.5%，潰瘍愈合率為95.7%，都明顯高于對(duì)照組的幽門螺桿菌的根除率80.6%和潰瘍愈合率83.0%，而且實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者在治療中不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生率為6.4%，也明顯低于對(duì)照組23.4%。 結(jié)論 采用四聯(lián)療法治療幽門螺桿菌陽性十二指腸球部潰瘍疾病效果明顯，而且不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率低，在臨床上推廣使用具有重大意義。

Observation of the Effect of Quadruple Therapy on Helicobacter Pylori-positive Duodenal Ulcer

[Abstract] Objective To analyze whether the quadruple therapy for Helicobacter pylori-positive duodenal ulcer is worth promoting in clinical practice by observing its effect on the disease. Methods 94 cases with Helicobacter pylori-positive duodenal ulcer treated in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2014 were selected and randomly and equally divided into the experimental group 47 cases and the control group 47 cases. The experimental group were treated by quadruple therapy while the control group were treated by triple therapy. And the treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment， in the experimental group， the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori was obviously higher than that in the control group（91.5% versus 80.6%）， the ulcer healing rate was significantly higher than that in the control group（95.7% versus 83.0%）， the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment was much lower than that in the control group（6.4% versus 23.4%）. Conclusion For Helicobacter pylori-positive duodenal ulcer， quadruple therapy is of great clinical promotion significance because it has significant effect with low incidence of adverse reactions.

十二指腸球部潰瘍是胃腸道疾病中的常見疾病，這種疾病的發(fā)病主要是被幽門螺桿菌感染造成的[1]。所以在治療中，主要就是將幽門螺桿菌根除。為通過觀察四聯(lián)療法治療幽門螺桿菌陽性十二指腸球部潰瘍的效果，分析四聯(lián)療法在治療這種疾病中是否值得在臨床上推廣，該研究選取2011年4月—2014年4月期間對(duì)該院收治的47例幽門螺桿菌陽性十二指腸球部潰瘍患者使用四聯(lián)療法進(jìn)行治療的效果進(jìn)行分析，結(jié)果令人較為滿意，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。……
