[摘要] 目的 對(duì)骨科下肢大手術(shù)后患者在預(yù)防護(hù)理措施的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行間歇?dú)鈮函煼ǎ^察其對(duì)預(yù)防深靜脈血栓形成的效果。方法 以骨科下肢大手術(shù)后患者為研究對(duì)象，共82例，患者隨機(jī)分為兩組，對(duì)照組行預(yù)防護(hù)理措施，包括飲食護(hù)理、疼痛護(hù)理、心理護(hù)理、基礎(chǔ)預(yù)防和藥物預(yù)防，治療組在上述措施的基礎(chǔ)上行間歇?dú)鈮函煼ǎ^察DVT形成情況并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 對(duì)照組DVT發(fā)生率為14.6%，治療組DVT發(fā)生率為2.4%，兩組DVT發(fā)生率比較，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。 結(jié)論 使用間歇?dú)鈮函煼ㄓ兄陬A(yù)防骨科下肢大手術(shù)后深靜脈血栓的形成。

Research of Intermittent Pneumatic Pressure Therapy Preventing Orthopaedic Surgery with Deep Vein Thrombosis

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of intermittent pneumatic pressure therapy on orthopaedic surgery with deep vein thrombosis（DVT）formation. Methods 82 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group received traditional therapy， experimental group received traditional nursing combined with intermittent pneumatic pressure therapy. The incidence of DVT after orthopaedic surgery were observed. Results The incidence of DVT in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group（14.6% and 2.4%）.Conclusion Intermittent pneumatic pressure therapy is an effective method for

prohibiting the formation of DVT in orthopaedic surgery.

深靜脈血栓（DVT）是骨科下肢大手術(shù)后的常見(jiàn)并發(fā)癥之一，指血液在深靜脈內(nèi)異常凝結(jié)形成血凝塊，堵塞血管腔從而導(dǎo)致的一種靜脈回流障礙性疾病。由于目前對(duì)DVT并沒(méi)有很好的治療措施[1]，故主要以預(yù)防為主。一項(xiàng)針對(duì)亞洲7國(guó)的骨科圍手術(shù)期DVT發(fā)生率的流行病學(xué)研究表明，在關(guān)節(jié)置換手術(shù)中，亞洲人群DVT的發(fā)生率為43.2%[2]。另有研究表明，如不進(jìn)行常規(guī)的DVT預(yù)防，其發(fā)生率可達(dá)30%以上，且有部分患者可繼發(fā)肺栓塞，這也是骨科圍手術(shù)期病人死亡的主要原因之一[3]。因此，采取有效措施預(yù)防骨科下肢大手術(shù)后DVT的發(fā)生十分重要。該研究以此入手，整群選取2012年5月—2014年5月間該院收治的骨科患者82例為研究對(duì)象，觀察間歇?dú)鈮函煼▽?duì)骨科下肢大手術(shù)后深靜脈血栓形成的效果。……
