巨紫荊花瓣內含物及保鮮劑對切枝生理代謝的影響1)

摘要以巨紫荊為試驗材料,研究其開花過程中花瓣內含物的變化及蔗糖等保鮮劑對花瓣抗氧化性的影響。結果表明:初生代謝物可溶性蛋白質及可溶性糖質量分數均呈先升后降的趨勢,且均在盛花期為最大值,可溶性淀粉質量分數在初花期顯著增加;次生代謝物類黃酮質量分數呈上升趨勢,而花色素苷質量分數在盛花期為最大值。說明在生長發育階段(花蕾期至盛花期)主要積累初生代謝物用于生長需要,衰老階段(盛花期至凋花后期)主要積累次生代謝物有利于延緩衰老。不同保鮮劑處理對花瓣生長沒有顯著差異(p<0.05);兩個蔗糖和50 mg·L(-1)6-BA處理均增加了SOD活性,但與對照相比不存在顯著差異(p<0.05),MDA質量摩爾濃度呈下降趨勢,MDA質量摩爾濃度與SOD活性呈負相關性;2%蔗糖能夠顯著提高CAT活性,與對照相比增加了86.0%,POD活性與CAT活性互為補充??傊?,抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)之間協調作用共同清除活性氧(ROS),延緩衰老;巨紫荊內含物形成的最佳時期是盛花期;保鮮劑2%蔗糖處理巨紫荊切枝,花瓣直徑大,花徑較長,花瓣內的保護酶活性增強,對延緩巨紫荊花期效果最有效。

Petals Composition and Effect of Antistaling Agents on Metabolism of Cutting Branches inCercisgigantean

We investigated the change of petals composition and different antistaling agents on oxidation resistance of cuttings inCercisgigantea. The content of soluble protein and sugar increased at first then decreased, and reached maximum at full bloom period. Soluble starch content increased significantly at early flowering period. The content of flavonoids increased gradually in whole flowering period, while the flower pigment content reached peak point at full bloom period. The accumulation of primary metabolites was beneficial to the petals growth, on the other hand the accumulation of secondary metabolites was useful for flower development and could delay the flower senescence. The growth of petals had no significant difference between treatments when the cutting branches were immersed indifferent antistaling agent solutions. The SOD enzyme activity and MDA content showed a negative correlation. The SOD enzyme activity increased under two sugar concentration and 50 mg·L-16-BA treatments, but there was no significant difference compared to the control. While the content of MDA was declined under these treatments. The CAT activity was singnificantly improved, and increased by 86.0% compared to the control at 2% sucrose treatment. The POD activity increased signifficantly under 50 mg·L-16-BA treatment. The changes of petals composition were mainly accumulated at full bloom period, and the best antistaling agent was 2% sucrose treatment.

巨紫荊(Cercisgigantea)屬豆科蘇木亞科植物,與普通紫荊相比,因其巨大而得名,胸徑可達40 cm、高達15 m。是我國的鄉土樹種,具有栽培歷史長、花量資源豐富、速生、壽命長等特點。據《中藥大辭典》[1]記載,紫荊花具有清熱涼血、去風解毒的功效。
花瓣內含物使植物花瓣具有不同的顏色、氣味及分泌物等。初生代謝物可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖質量分數在不同植物中存在差異,袁祖麗等[2]發現5個不同品種櫻桃花瓣中可溶性固形物種間及種內均存在差異,牡丹花可溶性糖質量分數在盛花期達最大值[3]?!?br>
