某化學品/油船航線性能分析

新船型開發(fā)和船型優(yōu)化是船舶工業(yè)永恒的主題,目前已由傳統(tǒng)的只針對靜水性能發(fā)展到計入海況的影響。因此,基于靜水和波浪條件下的船模試驗結(jié)果,考慮海況影響,對船舶航線性能進行分析,既是船舶性能評估的重要組成部分,同時也是船舶線型優(yōu)化效果檢驗的重要手段,可為船舶所有人和班輪公司呈現(xiàn)出最直觀的線型優(yōu)化效果。以某化學品/油船的原型和改型方案為例,按照上述方法計算分析二者在靜水中和目標航線上的耗油量,結(jié)果表明改型結(jié)果較為理想。

Abstract: The major concern during development of new ship type and ship form optimization is shifting from the static water performance to that in real sea conditions for it is the latter reflects the actual operational energy consumption. An straightforward way is to perform the model tests both in static water and with waves, and determine the influence of sea conditions. This is convenient for evaluating a ship design and judging the effect of hull form optimization, and is also a good way of presentation for owners and liner companies to understand the advantage of a hull form. With the above method, the amounts of oil consumption of the prototype and the modification of a chemical/oil tanker on the typical routes are calculated, which proves that the performance of the modification is noticebally improved.

船舶在航行期間通常會受到風浪影響,海上風浪環(huán)境是影響船舶營運效能的最主要的外界因素。鑒于船舶在風浪中的航行性能更能真實地反映船舶的營運效能,隨著國際航運節(jié)能減排工程不斷深入,國際海事組織(International Maritime Organization, IMO)在有關(guān)船舶能效評估的總體理念中要求航運界和造船界必須重視船舶在實際海況下的安全和能耗。因此,針對船舶航行過程中實際可能遇到的風浪環(huán)境進行船型和推進性能優(yōu)化,將成為提高船舶能源利用效率、減少船舶實際能耗的重要技術(shù)途徑,也將是造船業(yè)開發(fā)綠色船型的重要導(dǎo)向,同時對提高船舶遠洋航行的安全性具有重要意義。……
