魚(yú)藤酮對(duì)舞毒蛾的毒殺作用1)

以舞毒蛾(Lymantriadispar)3齡幼蟲(chóng)為對(duì)象,采用點(diǎn)滴觸殺法測(cè)定了植物源農(nóng)藥魚(yú)藤酮對(duì)舞毒蛾3齡幼蟲(chóng)的殺蟲(chóng)活性、過(guò)氧化氫酶(CAT)活性及幼蟲(chóng)生長(zhǎng)的影響。結(jié)果顯示:魚(yú)藤酮對(duì)舞毒蛾3齡幼蟲(chóng)具有低毒高效的毒殺作用,12、24、36、48 h致死中濃度LC50分別為14.10、10.44、9.75、9.51 mg·L-1。CAT酶活性呈現(xiàn)先上升后下降的波動(dòng),但均顯著高于對(duì)照(p<0.05),表現(xiàn)出一定的抗逆性。對(duì)舞毒蛾3齡幼蟲(chóng)進(jìn)行點(diǎn)滴觸殺處理后,試蟲(chóng)的鮮質(zhì)量增長(zhǎng)率顯著低于對(duì)照(p<0.05),表明魚(yú)藤酮抑制舞毒蛾幼蟲(chóng)的生長(zhǎng)。

We used the tag method to determine the toxicity of rotenone to the 3 rd-instarLymantriadisparlarvae by bioactivity, the CAT activity and the fresh weight changes of larval. The rotenone had effective toxic effect on the 3 rd-instarL.disparlarvae, and 12, 24, 36 and 48 h LC50of rotenone for the 3 rd-instar larvae were 14.10, 10.44, 9.75 and 9.51 mg/L, respectively. The CAT activity of rotenone treatment group was increased first and then decreased, and obviously higher than that of normal control group (p<0.05) with resistance. Compared with ddH2O and DMSO treatments, the fresh weight of 3 rd-instar gypsy moth larvae treated by rotenone were lower. The rotenone had efficient toxicity for gypsy moth.
舞毒蛾(Lymantriadispar)是一種世界性的、周期性發(fā)生的危害嚴(yán)重的森林食葉害蟲(chóng),分布廣、食性雜,國(guó)外報(bào)道可取食300多種植物,國(guó)內(nèi)報(bào)道可危害楊、柳、蘋(píng)果、樟子松、落葉松等500多種植物[1],給農(nóng)林業(yè)生產(chǎn)帶來(lái)了巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,化學(xué)防治仍是目前有效控制舞毒蛾危害的主要防治措施。常用的化學(xué)藥劑主要有高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氧化樂(lè)果、吡蟲(chóng)啉、滅幼脲III號(hào)等。其中,菊酯類藥劑常被加工成毒筆、毒紙、毒繩等,利用舞毒蛾幼蟲(chóng)沿樹(shù)干遷移取食和化蛹的習(xí)性將其毒殺[2-3]。但化學(xué)農(nóng)藥的長(zhǎng)期大量使用導(dǎo)致了嚴(yán)重的“3R”問(wèn)題,即抗藥性、再增猖撅、殘留。為減少化學(xué)農(nóng)藥對(duì)環(huán)境的污染,植物源農(nóng)藥的開(kāi)發(fā)研究和利用成為農(nóng)藥化工領(lǐng)域研究的熱點(diǎn)。魚(yú)藤酮作為一種植物源農(nóng)藥具有作用方式多樣,殺蟲(chóng)活性廣譜,對(duì)人類及動(dòng)物低毒,對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)環(huán)境和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品安全等特點(diǎn),被廣泛應(yīng)用于果樹(shù)、蔬菜、糧食作物、茶葉、花卉害蟲(chóng)的防治[4]。本研究以林業(yè)重要害蟲(chóng)舞毒蛾為對(duì)象,研究了植物源農(nóng)藥魚(yú)藤酮對(duì)舞毒蛾的殺蟲(chóng)活性、過(guò)氧化氫酶活性及幼蟲(chóng)生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的影響,為魚(yú)藤酮應(yīng)用于鱗翅目害蟲(chóng)的防治提供理論依據(jù)。……
