中國(guó)現(xiàn)代神經(jīng)疾病雜志稿約

《中國(guó)現(xiàn)代神經(jīng)疾病雜志》為國(guó)家新聞出版廣電總局和國(guó)家科學(xué)技術(shù)部2001年正式批準(zhǔn),由國(guó)家衛(wèi)生和計(jì)劃生育委員會(huì)主管,中國(guó)醫(yī)師協(xié)會(huì)、天津市科學(xué)技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)、天津市神經(jīng)科學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)及天津市環(huán)湖醫(yī)院聯(lián)合主辦,國(guó)內(nèi)外公開發(fā)行的神經(jīng)病學(xué)及相關(guān)學(xué)科的學(xué)術(shù)類期刊.讀者對(duì)象主要為廣大神經(jīng)內(nèi)外科臨床醫(yī)師及相關(guān)科研人員.本刊辦刊宗旨是:貫徹黨和國(guó)家有關(guān)衛(wèi)生工作的方針政策,貫徹理論與實(shí)踐、普及與提高相結(jié)合的辦刊方針;報(bào)道我國(guó)神經(jīng)病學(xué)領(lǐng)域的科研成果及臨床診療經(jīng)驗(yàn),促進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)外神經(jīng)病學(xué)的學(xué)術(shù)交流.本刊以報(bào)道中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)及周圍神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)各種疾病的臨床和基礎(chǔ)研究成果以及具有臨床參考價(jià)值的診療經(jīng)驗(yàn)為主,包括中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)外科疾病;周圍神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病;全身系統(tǒng)性疾病引起的神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)并發(fā)癥;相鄰組織、器官疾病對(duì)神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的損害性疾病;神經(jīng)影像學(xué)、電生理學(xué)及超聲學(xué)等輔助檢查的臨床應(yīng)用研究及相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)研究.

本刊實(shí)行同行審稿制度,設(shè)有臨床研究、基礎(chǔ)研究、流行病學(xué)調(diào)查研究、循證神經(jīng)病學(xué)、循證神經(jīng)外科學(xué)、應(yīng)用神經(jīng)解剖學(xué)、神經(jīng)影像學(xué)、臨床病理報(bào)告、綜述、病例報(bào)告、誤診分析、經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流、藥物與臨床、新技術(shù)新方法、會(huì)議紀(jì)要、臨床醫(yī)學(xué)圖像、臨床病理(例)討論、國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)動(dòng)態(tài)、繼續(xù)醫(yī)學(xué)教育、讀者來信等欄目.歡迎踴躍投稿.專家述評(píng)、講座、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與指南欄目的稿件主要為約稿.

一、撰稿要求

1.醫(yī)學(xué)倫理學(xué)問題及知情同意:當(dāng)論文主體是以人為研究對(duì)象時(shí),作者應(yīng)說明其遵循的程序是否符合負(fù)責(zé)人體試驗(yàn)的委員會(huì)(單位級(jí)的、地區(qū)級(jí)的或國(guó)家級(jí)的)所制訂的倫理學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并提供該委員會(huì)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文件及受試對(duì)象或其親屬的知情同意書.

2.基金項(xiàng)目:論文所涉及的課題如為國(guó)家或部、省級(jí)等基金項(xiàng)目或?qū)俟リP(guān)項(xiàng)目,應(yīng)腳注于文題頁(yè)左下方,并在圓括號(hào)內(nèi)注明其項(xiàng)目編號(hào),如:"基金資助:XXXX(項(xiàng)目編號(hào):XXXX)".基金項(xiàng)目名稱應(yīng)按照國(guó)家有關(guān)部門規(guī)定的正式名稱書寫,多項(xiàng)基金項(xiàng)目應(yīng)以";"隔開后逐條列出.并附基金項(xiàng)目證明復(fù)印件.由廠商贊助的課題應(yīng)在資金來源處注明.

3.文題:力求簡(jiǎn)明、確切,能反映本文的特定內(nèi)容,一般不用副標(biāo)題.中文題名以不超過20個(gè)漢字為宜,避免使用化學(xué)式、公式及不為讀者所熟悉的縮略語(yǔ)等.中、英文題名含義應(yīng)一致.

4.作者署名:作者應(yīng)是參與文稿專題研究工作的主要人員,應(yīng)對(duì)全文內(nèi)容負(fù)責(zé),并能根據(jù)編輯部的修改意見進(jìn)行核修,是論文的法定主權(quán)人和責(zé)任者.作者署名的次序應(yīng)按參加者對(duì)論文的貢獻(xiàn)大小排序.排序應(yīng)在投稿時(shí)確定,在編排過程中不應(yīng)再作更改.對(duì)僅參與提供資金或收集資料者不能列為作者;僅對(duì)科研小組進(jìn)行一般管理者也不宜列為作者.集體署名的文章,必須明確該文的主要負(fù)責(zé)人(執(zhí)筆者).作者中若有外籍作者,應(yīng)征得本人同意,并有證明信.對(duì)協(xié)助工作或提供資料、材料者,可放在文后致謝,但亦應(yīng)事先征得被感謝人的同意.作者單位名稱(應(yīng)寫全稱)及郵政編碼腳注于文章首頁(yè)左下方,同時(shí)應(yīng)注明通訊作者姓名及其Email地址.作者單位如為一個(gè)單位以上,則第一作者單位名稱列于首位,其他作者單位名稱列于第一作者單位之后,用";"號(hào)隔開,作者姓名按順序?qū)懺谒鶎賳挝缓笾畧A括號(hào)內(nèi).

5.摘要:論著類稿件須附中、英文摘要.摘要的內(nèi)容必須包括研究背景(Background)或目的(Objective)、方法(Methods)、結(jié)果(Results)及結(jié)論(Conclusions)共四部分.采用第三人稱撰寫,不用"本文"、"作者"等主語(yǔ),不列圖、表,不引用文獻(xiàn),不加評(píng)論和解釋.摘要應(yīng)客觀、如實(shí)地反映文章原文,不得添加原文中所沒有的內(nèi)容.中文摘要以不超過800字為宜,英文摘要應(yīng)與中文摘要相對(duì)應(yīng).英文摘要中應(yīng)提供正式對(duì)外交流的英文單位名稱.其他各類稿件均應(yīng)附簡(jiǎn)要的中英文摘要,摘要內(nèi)容要客觀全面地反映文章的中心內(nèi)容,中英文摘要內(nèi)容要一致.

6.關(guān)鍵詞:論著類稿件均應(yīng)標(biāo)引3～5個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞.關(guān)鍵詞請(qǐng)盡量選取美國(guó)國(guó)立醫(yī)學(xué)圖書館編輯的最新版Index Medicus中醫(yī)學(xué)主題詞表(MeSH)內(nèi)所列的詞.若最新版MeSH中尚無相應(yīng)的詞,可根據(jù)樹狀結(jié)構(gòu)表選取最直接的上位主題詞,必要時(shí)可采用習(xí)用的自由詞排列于最后.關(guān)鍵詞中的縮寫詞應(yīng)按MeSH還原為全稱.

7.統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法

(1)研究設(shè)計(jì):要求交代研究設(shè)計(jì)的名稱和主要方法.如調(diào)查設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)寫明是前瞻性、回顧性還是橫斷面調(diào)查研究;實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)寫明具體的設(shè)計(jì)類型,如自身配對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)、成組設(shè)計(jì)、交叉設(shè)計(jì)、析因設(shè)計(jì)或正交叉設(shè)計(jì)等;臨床試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)寫明屬于第幾期臨床試驗(yàn),采用何種盲法措施等.應(yīng)圍繞"重復(fù)、隨機(jī)、對(duì)照、均衡"四項(xiàng)基本原則進(jìn)行概要說明,尤其要說明如何控制重要的非試驗(yàn)因素的干擾及影響.

(2)資料及結(jié)果的表達(dá)與描述:用均數(shù)±標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差(x±s)表達(dá)近似服從正態(tài)分布的定量資料,用中位數(shù)和四分位數(shù)間距[M(P25,P75)]表達(dá)非正態(tài)分布的定量資料;用相對(duì)數(shù)時(shí)分母不宜小于20,要注意區(qū)分相對(duì)數(shù)構(gòu)成比與率.應(yīng)寫明所用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法的具體名稱,具體的統(tǒng)計(jì)量值,應(yīng)盡可能給出具體的P值;當(dāng)涉及總體參數(shù)時(shí),在給出顯著性檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果的同時(shí),給出95%可信區(qū)間.

8.醫(yī)學(xué)名詞:以1989年及其以后全國(guó)自然科學(xué)名詞審定委員會(huì)審定、公布,科學(xué)出版社出版的《醫(yī)學(xué)名詞》和相關(guān)學(xué)科的名詞為準(zhǔn),暫未公布者仍以人民衛(wèi)生出版社編輯的《英漢醫(yī)學(xué)詞匯》為準(zhǔn).中文藥物名稱應(yīng)使用1995年版藥典或衛(wèi)生部藥典委員會(huì)編輯的《中國(guó)藥品通用名稱》中的名稱,英文藥物名稱則采用國(guó)際非專利藥名,不使用商品名.

9.圖表:按在正文中出現(xiàn)的先后次序連續(xù)編碼.每幅圖表應(yīng)冠以圖(表)題,并配以英文圖(表)題目.圖(表)內(nèi)容均采用中英文對(duì)照形式.說明性資料應(yīng)以中英文對(duì)照格式置于圖(表)下方注釋中.本刊采用三橫線表(頂線、表頭線、底線),如遇有合計(jì)和統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理內(nèi)容(如t值、P值等),則在此行上面加一條分界橫線;應(yīng)使表中每一列數(shù)據(jù)的單位相同,有效位數(shù)一致.以計(jì)算機(jī)制圖者應(yīng)提供激光打印圖樣.照片圖要求有良好的清晰度和對(duì)比度.圖中需標(biāo)注的符號(hào)(包括箭頭)請(qǐng)用另紙標(biāo)明,不要直接寫在照片上,每幅圖的背面應(yīng)貼上標(biāo)簽,注明圖號(hào)及圖的上下方向.圖片不可折損.大體標(biāo)本照片應(yīng)在圖內(nèi)有尺度標(biāo)記.病理照片應(yīng)注明染色方法和放大倍數(shù).通過電子版投稿的圖片請(qǐng)采用.jpg或.tif格式.

10.計(jì)量單位:參照中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)雜志社編寫的《法定計(jì)量單位在醫(yī)學(xué)上的應(yīng)用》(第3版).北京:人民軍醫(yī)出版社,2001.

11.數(shù)字:執(zhí)行GB/T 15835?1995《出版物上數(shù)字用法的規(guī)定》北京:中國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)出版社,1996.公歷世紀(jì)、年代、年、月、日和時(shí)刻、計(jì)數(shù)與計(jì)量均用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字.

12.縮略語(yǔ):文題不使用縮略語(yǔ),文中則盡量少用.必須使用時(shí),應(yīng)于正文首次出現(xiàn)處先敘述其全稱,然后用圓括號(hào)注出縮略語(yǔ);若為外文可于文中首次出現(xiàn)時(shí)寫出中文全稱,在圓括號(hào)內(nèi)寫出外文全稱及其縮略語(yǔ).一篇文章內(nèi)縮略語(yǔ)一般不宜超過5個(gè).不超過4個(gè)漢字的名詞一般不使用縮略語(yǔ),以免影響文章的可讀性.

13.參考文獻(xiàn):按GB/T 7714?2015《信息與文獻(xiàn)參考文獻(xiàn)著錄規(guī)則》采用順序編碼制著錄,依照其在文中出現(xiàn)的先后順序用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字加方括號(hào)標(biāo)出.盡量避免引用摘要作為參考文獻(xiàn).內(nèi)部刊物、未發(fā)表資料、個(gè)人通信等請(qǐng)勿作為文獻(xiàn)引用.每條參考文獻(xiàn)著錄項(xiàng)目應(yīng)齊全,不得用"同上"或"ibid"表示.參考文獻(xiàn)中的主要責(zé)任者(專著作者、論文集主編、學(xué)位申報(bào)人、專利申請(qǐng)人、報(bào)告撰寫人、期刊文章作者、析出文章作者),須全部列出.外文期刊名稱用縮寫,以Index Medicus中的格式為準(zhǔn),中文期刊用漢語(yǔ)拼音全名.每條參考文獻(xiàn)均須著錄起止頁(yè)碼.中英文雙語(yǔ)形式著錄時(shí),文獻(xiàn)序號(hào)后先列出完整的中文文獻(xiàn)英譯文,再列出中文文獻(xiàn).作者姓名的英譯文采用漢語(yǔ)拼音形式表示,姓大寫,名用縮寫形式,取每個(gè)字的首字母,大寫.期刊名稱以漢語(yǔ)拼音注錄.

二、對(duì)來稿的要求

1.本刊為具有創(chuàng)新性的科研成果或重要論文開辟"快速通道".作者如果希望論文進(jìn)入"快速通道",請(qǐng)附關(guān)于創(chuàng)新性的書面說明,并提供省級(jí)及以上圖書館或醫(yī)學(xué)信息所等單位出具的"查新報(bào)告"或有關(guān)證據(jù).經(jīng)審核同意后一般在收到稿件2個(gè)月內(nèi)予以發(fā)表.

2.文稿應(yīng)具有科學(xué)性、先進(jìn)性、實(shí)用性,資料可靠、數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確、論點(diǎn)明確、層次清楚,文字簡(jiǎn)練,書寫工整、規(guī)范,必要時(shí)應(yīng)做統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理.

2.凡來稿在接到本刊收稿回執(zhí)后3個(gè)月內(nèi)未接到稿件處理通知者,系仍在審閱中.作者如欲投他刊,請(qǐng)先與本刊聯(lián)系,切勿一稿兩投.一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)一稿兩投,將立即退稿.

Chinese Journal of Contemporary Neurology and Neurosurgery(CJCNN,ISSN 1672-6731,www.xdjb.org,www.cjcnn.org)is the officialjournalofChinese MedicalDoctor Association,Tianjin Science and Technology Association,Tianjin Neuroscience Society and Tianjin Huanhu Hospital. CJCNN aims to facilitate international collaboration and exchange of comprehensive and cutting?edge information on basic,translational,and applied clinicalresearch in neurology and neurosurgery. Prevention,treatment and research relevant to China is a focus area,but submissions from all regions are welcomed. CJCNN was launched in October,2001 with an international Editorial team having a unique mix of Asian and Western participation.

CJCNN is an international multidisciplinary peer?reviewed monthly Chinese journal that publishes editorials,original full?length research articles,short communications,reviews,methodological papers,commentaries,perspectives and short reports in the broad fields ofdevelopmental,molecular,cellular,systematic,computational,behavioral,cognitive and clinical neurosciences.

CJCNN has been indexed by EMBASE/SCOPUS,Chemical Abstracts(CA),DOAJ,EBSCO-CINAHL,Global Health,Index Copernicus,HINARI,RCCSE,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang Data,etc.

Submission to the Journal

Full?length original research articles,review articles and editorials on clinical and basic aspects of topics represented by the fields of interest of neurology and neurosurgery are welcomed. Short communications and case reports should be focused on major new developments of general interest to the neurology and neurosurgery readership.

Randomized controlled trials

Chinese Journal of Contemporary Neurology and Neurosurgery recommends that authors adopt the proposal from the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors(ICMJE)which require,as a condition of consideration for publication of clinical trials,registration in a public trials registry. Trials must register at or before the onset of patient enrollment. The clinical trial registration number should be included at the end of the abstract of the article. Ethics

Work on human beingsthatissubmitted toChineseJournalofContemporaryNeurologyand Neurosurgeryshould comply with the principles laid down in the Declaration of Helsinki(the 7th revision at the 64th World Medical Assembly Meeting on October2013 in Fortaleza,Brazil). The manuscriptshould contain a statementthatthe work hasbeen approved by the appropriate ethical committees related to the institution(s)in which it was performed and that subjects gave informed consent to the work. Studies involving experiments with animals must state that their care was in accordance with institution guidelines. Patients'and volunteers'names,initials,and hospital numbers should not be used.

Conflict of interest

At the end of the text,under a subheading"Conflict of interest statement"all authors must disclose any financial and personal relationships with other people or organizations that could inappropriately influence(bias)their work. Figures and figure legends

Figures should be provided as separate files and should not be included in the main text of the submitted manuscript.Each figure should comprise only a single file in TIFF(preferred format for pathological images)or JPEG(preferred format for photographic and radiological images). Color images must be in RGB (red,green,blue)mode. Include the font files for any text. Figures wider than 1 column should be between 10.50 and 18.00 cm wide. Do not save figure numbers,legends,or author names as part of the image. Individual figure files should not exceed 10 MB. Images should not exceed 500 pixels per inch in width or height.
