Abstract: with subjects such as sociology, pedagogy knowledge involved in emotion research, the connotation of the professional emotion research vision also present a major change and breakthrough, individual emotion is no longer just a simple physiological and psychological experience, but the individual behavior on the basis of subjective experience and emotional practice. this study through the review and concerns the counselor professional emotional representation and the deep roots, focusing on effective strategies to explore the enhance counselors professional emotion.

Counselor of university teachers as an important part of their professional growth and development in the process of emotional characteristics also deserves attention. At the same time, due to the instructors in the ideological and political education and ideological education occupies the important position and role as the core, and good professional emotion and help them to complete the important mission given by the party and the country, the premise of effective ideological and political education activities, therefore, arouse the enthusiasm for counselor's career, mental and emotional to nourish counselors help is particularly important. Based on this, this study through the review and concerns the counselor professional emotional representation and the deep roots, focusing on effective strategies to explore the enhance counselors professional emotion.

As we all know professional emotions is the important factor that affects people professional behavior and professional development. From the more general sense, traditional study just used the emotions in the perspective of psychology and treated emotions just as an individual's inner feeling and understanding in reaction to irritants. But with subjects such as sociology, pedagogy knowledge involved in emotion research, the connotation of the professional emotion research vision also present a major change and breakthrough, individual emotion is no longer just a simple physiological and psychological experience, but the individual behavior on the basis of subjective experience and emotional practice.

The influencing factors of university counselors Professional emotion mainly include three parts. On the research methods, mainly adopts qualitative research methods, the key to interview, physical analysis, study three ways to collect data. Classified based on the collected data, sorting and analysis, found the counselor team professional emotion of the overall situation is not optimistic. Whether the counselor self judgment of professional emotional state, and interactive others evaluation and text sentiment analysis of interview data show that counselors in vocational emotional loss phenomenon is common. At the same time, from the perspective of the detailed dimension to grasp the situation of counselor professional emotion, although students can bring rich counselor and obvious positive emotional experience, but students of counselors and other factors to experience negative emotions is more obvious.

As we all know, university counselors daily lives always involve interactions with students and colleagues. The data analysis also showed us that university counselors vocational emotion has a close relationship with students and colleagues. When we asked one of the participants to describe the kinds of emotions when she had in interactions with her students. She explained as following.

I think I treated my students not only friends, but also sisters and brothers. Sometimes I am a friend of my students. When they met some problems in their daily life and studies , they are willing to speak it out to me ,and , I am open and honest to say what I want to say.

Miss Ren described the relationship with her colleagues as friendly. We can concluded that university counselors experienced much joy from their relationship with their students and colleagues.

But the data also showed that the working time, low salary and social culture always triggered unpleasant emotions, such as frustrations, anger and sadness. It is clear that the economic difficulties, unfriendly social-cultural background are an great important source of negative emotion of university counselors. Especially, when the schools are located on urban areas and usually associated with poverty and illiteracy , the university counselors always feel it is very hard for them to be highly motivated.

三、The countermeasure analysis on university counselors Professional emotion

In particular, can from the counselor in individuals, schools and society three dimensions to explore the counselor professional emotion to furture and enhance and considerations. From the dimension of individual counselors, one must establish the right career cognitive, second, we must have the ability to match the professional and third, we need to cultivate high emotional intelligence; The dimension from the school, first, to innovate management mode, provide emotional security counselor professional emotional cultivation. Secondly to optimize system, provide institutional guarantee for counselors professional emotional cultivation. Finally to build Shared vision, build counselors occupational belief culture of ascension. From the dimension of social support, peers, family, and other "important others" resources, to provide personal support counselor professional emotional cultivation. Through the endorsement for the interests of the counselor and professional community, improve the state of professional counselors, as the counselor career development platform, support for counselors professional emotional cultivation industry. Tell from social dimension, the mainly network, television, newspaper media in promoting counselor professional reputation will be mainly bear, to promote the whole society of college counselor's professional knowledge and professional trust and create a good environment for public opinion. When we take some measures to motivate counselors it is very important for the policy makers to catch that although each factors represent a separate field, we should treat these factors as a nested structure. These ideas will help university counselors achieve positive emotions.
