摘 要:為了研究重金屬Cd對(duì)元寶楓光合作用的影響,通過對(duì)元寶楓水培苗進(jìn)行不同濃度的Cd脅迫處理,分析元寶楓葉片中葉綠素含量及其凈光合速率的變化。結(jié)果表明,隨著Cd脅迫濃度的增加,元寶楓葉片中葉綠素a、葉綠素b、葉綠素總量顯著降低,凈光合速率也明顯下降;Cd低濃度脅迫下,元寶楓葉片光飽和點(diǎn)變化不大,Cd高濃度脅迫下,元寶楓葉片光飽和點(diǎn)顯著降低。重金屬Cd脅迫嚴(yán)重阻礙了元寶楓葉片的光合作用。

Abstract: To study the effect of heavy metal Cd on photosynthesis of Acer truncatum, the chlorophyll content and its net photosynthetic rate (P (subscript n)) in leaves of A. truncatum were analyzed by Cd stress treatment. The results showed that the total chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and the total chlorophyll contents decreased significantly and leaf net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of leaves decreased with the increase of the stress concentration. Under low concentration stress, the light saturation point of A. truncatum leaves changed little, and the light saturation point of A. truncatum leaves decreased significantly under high concentration stress. The photosynthesis of A. truncatum leaves was seriously hindered by heavy metal stress.

元寶楓(Acer truncatum)屬槭樹科槭樹屬,是我國特有的樹種,分布范圍廣,變異豐富。元寶楓以其獨(dú)特的葉形、葉色等特點(diǎn)受到廣泛關(guān)注,是我國重要的園林綠化樹種和彩色葉樹種,應(yīng)用前途廣泛[1]。隨著社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,重金屬污染帶來的問題日趨增多,已對(duì)人類的健康和生存構(gòu)成較大的威脅。土壤重金屬是指密度在5.0 g·cm-3以上的金屬元素,對(duì)于植物來說,一些重金屬(如Cu,Zn等)是植物生長發(fā)育進(jìn)程中的必需微量元素[2],其缺乏會(huì)導(dǎo)致植物產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的缺素癥,如蘋果小葉病、小麥“穗而不孕”、黃瓜“花而不實(shí)”等;但當(dāng)土壤中重金屬含量超過植物所能接受的臨界值時(shí),就會(huì)對(duì)植物產(chǎn)生脅迫作用,輕則導(dǎo)致植物體代謝過程發(fā)生紊亂,生長發(fā)育受到抑制;重則導(dǎo)致植物死亡,改變植物群落結(jié)構(gòu)[3]。光合作用是生物界最基本的物質(zhì)代謝和能量代謝,重金屬脅迫通過抑制植物的光合作用從而改變植物的生長代謝,且抑制程度與脅迫程度呈正相關(guān)。……
