Reseach of Dentin Bond Strength of Single Bond Universal
ObjectiveTo evaluate the bond strength of Single Bond Universal to human dentin.MethodsA group(Single Bond Universal)and other two groups of dentin conditioners, B group(S3 bond) and C group(Hybrid Coat, HyC) were selected and applied to human dentin .The microtensile bond strength of each specimen was measured and analyzed with independentsamples t test(α=0.05) respectively. Specimens were also evaluated for mode of fracture using scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis.ResultsThe mean microtensile bond strengths of A and B groups were not statistically different from one another at 23.371 and 25.448 MPa, respectively . The bond strength for C group specimens, at 17.314 MPa, was statistically different (P<0.05) from A group.Microscopic evaluation of failure modes indicated that most failures of three groups were interfacial, SEM analysis indicated that exposed dentin tubules were seen in A and B groups, and a very small amount of dentin tubules were found in group C.ConclusionThe bond strength of Single Bond Universal is enough in direct restoration. When using as resin coating material, the bond strength of Single Bond Universal is higher than Hybrid Coat.

在口腔粘結領域中,牙本質-樹脂模式的粘結是最常見的一類粘結形式,尤其在活髓基牙的修復中對粘結劑的要求更高,它不僅需要具備良好的粘結性能,而且還需要具有牙本質保護功能?;谘辣举|粘結的此項特殊性,牙本質粘結劑的研發一直是學者們關注的焦點,牙本質粘結劑的相應產品也在不斷更新換代。SBU通用型粘結劑是3M公司生產的一種新型粘結劑,它被認為是第八代牙本質粘結劑;同時,根據產品說明,它可以作為牙本質保護膜用于根面脫敏和牙本質小管的封閉。它的“通用性”可以使“粘結”和“保護”兩項功能同時實現,使得臨床操作由繁變簡。目前,已有學者證實SBU粘結劑在自酸蝕粘結模式和酸蝕沖洗粘結模式下均能夠形成與牙本質良好的粘結[1],但因其臨床應用時間較短,其粘結強度是否與傳統粘結劑存在差異[2-3],仍需進一步研究。其次,SBU通用型粘結劑在作為牙本質保護膜的應用中,與傳統的粘結劑類牙本質保護膜相比,它對牙本質小管的封閉作用是否存在差異以及對修復體粘結強度是否存在影響,目前尚無定論。
本文將以臨床常用的第七代自酸蝕牙本質粘結劑(可樂麗菲露TMS3 bond)和傳統牙本質保護膜的代表產品“勁潤”(hybrid coat, HyC)作為參照分別來探討SBU通用型粘結劑的粘結性能及即刻牙本質封閉效果。
1.1 實驗材料:SBU通用型粘結劑(3M,美國);可樂麗菲露TMS3 bond自酸蝕牙本質粘結劑(kuraray,日本);“勁潤”牙本質保護膜 HyC(Sun Medical,日本);Filtek? Z250 前后牙通用型復合樹脂(3M,美國)?!?br>
