摘要:利用掃描電鏡觀察金邊窗螢(Pyrocoelia analis Fabricius)成蟲和幼蟲頭部的形態(tài)特征。結(jié)果表明:金邊窗螢成蟲復(fù)眼發(fā)達(dá),口器退化;幼蟲有一對(duì)發(fā)達(dá)且左右對(duì)稱的3節(jié)觸角,其口器發(fā)達(dá),具有1對(duì)鋒利的、向內(nèi)彎曲的鐮刀狀上顎,及1對(duì)下顎須、1對(duì)下唇須和1對(duì)內(nèi)顎葉。

金邊窗螢Pyrocoelia analis Fabricius,又名黃緣窗螢、臺(tái)灣窗螢,屬于鞘翅目Coleoptera(多食亞目),螢科Lampyridae[1],窗螢屬Pyrocolia[2],是一種分布廣泛的螢火蟲。屬于全變態(tài)昆蟲,經(jīng)歷卵、幼蟲、蛹、及成蟲4個(gè)蟲態(tài),在每個(gè)發(fā)育期均可發(fā)光。目前世界上已知的螢火蟲種類有2000余種,分屬8個(gè)亞科、92屬。國內(nèi)現(xiàn)已發(fā)現(xiàn)3個(gè)亞科、16屬、63種。螢火蟲幼蟲能夠捕食軟體動(dòng)物如蝸牛、蛞蝓及蚯蚓等。近年來,蝸牛和蛞蝓等軟體動(dòng)物對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)的危害極其嚴(yán)重,螢火蟲可作為其天敵昆蟲進(jìn)行利用開發(fā)[3-5]。不僅如此,螢火蟲還具有重要的觀賞性和經(jīng)濟(jì)意義,值得對(duì)其廣泛研究。
關(guān)于螢火蟲的研究中,國外對(duì)于閃光交流信號(hào)研究較多,國內(nèi)則對(duì)分類及生物學(xué)有相關(guān)研究。目前對(duì)金邊窗螢的研究報(bào)道相對(duì)甚少,何健镕等對(duì)金邊窗螢的飼養(yǎng)方法及生活史進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究。在窗螢屬其他種類螢火蟲的研究中,王余勇等對(duì)胸窗螢形態(tài)學(xué)、生物學(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)、捕食、發(fā)育、生殖、幼蟲腸道細(xì)菌及幼蟲對(duì)灰巴蝸牛的捕食機(jī)制等進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究和文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道[6-12]。梁慧等[13]對(duì)棘手螢屬的端黑螢頭部形態(tài)進(jìn)行了掃描電鏡觀察,為金邊窗螢頭部形態(tài)的掃描電鏡觀察提供了指導(dǎo)價(jià)值。……
