摘要:通過盆栽試驗,探討了孔雀草(Tagetes patula L)在不同濃度鎘(0、100、300、500mg/kg)脅迫及不同時間(50d、70d)可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量的變化規律,并分析了三者之間的關系。結果表明:在第50d時,隨鎘脅迫濃度增加,可溶性蛋白含量逐漸升高,在500mg/kg鎘處理下,可溶性蛋白含量達到最大,為6736mg/g;可溶性糖含量呈先降低后升高再降低的趨勢,脯氨酸含量先降低后升高;隨時間延長,在第70d時,可溶性蛋白含量呈先降低后升高再降低的趨勢,可溶性糖含量呈先升高后降低的趨勢,脯氨酸含量呈先降低后升高再降低的趨勢。鎘脅迫下脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量的升高為鎘耐性相關蛋白的合成提供物質基礎,增強了孔雀草耐受重金屬的能力。

隨著工業的發展和農業生產的現代化,世界各國土壤都存在不同程度的重金屬污染。土壤重金屬來源于采礦、電鍍、冶煉、化工、染色、電池制造等工廠排出的廢水[1]。當土壤遭受重金屬污染后,不僅會破壞植物的產品和質量,還會通過食物鏈危害人體健康,引發癌癥或其他疾病。目前,應用于土壤重金屬污染的植物修復技術由于具有治理成本低、無二次污染、環境友好和可持續發展等優點,成為國際研究的熱點。
孔雀草(Tagetes patula L)是菊科萬壽菊屬一年生草本植物,適應性強,生長迅速,易于管理,是目前我國主栽花卉之一。研究表明,孔雀草具有鎘(cd)超富集特性,是鎘超富集植物[2,3],當幼苗在Cd濃度為300mg/L時,地上部Cd含量達到135mg/kg,超過Cd超富集植物的臨界值,轉移系數>1。……
