玻璃體切除聯(lián)合手術(shù)治療復(fù)雜眼外傷療效分析

[摘要] 目的 探究玻璃體切除聯(lián)合手術(shù)治療復(fù)雜眼外傷的效果。方法 方便選取2015年1月—2016年6月該院收治的復(fù)雜眼外傷患者70例（70眼）進行該次實驗。治療方法采用玻璃體切除術(shù)，觀察并記錄患者治療前后的視力情況以及治療過程中的并發(fā)癥情況。結(jié)果 經(jīng)過治療，35例患者中有30例患者達到功能治愈的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，4例患者達到解剖治愈的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，1例患者未治愈。治療過程中共有4例患者出現(xiàn)并發(fā)癥，并經(jīng)過相應(yīng)處理得到痊愈。結(jié)論 玻璃體切除聯(lián)合手術(shù)治療復(fù)雜眼外傷有很好的效果，顯著提高治愈率，降低并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率，值得在臨床上進一步推廣。

Analysis of Curative Effect of Vitrectomy and Operation in Treatment of Complicated Eye Trauma

[Abstract] Objective To study the curative effect of vitrectomy and operation in treatment of complicated eye trauma. Methods 70 cases （70 eyes） of patients with complicated eye trauma admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were convenient selected and were given the vitrectomy， and the vision situation before and after treatment and complications in the treatment course were observed and recorded. Results After treatment， 30 cases reached the function cure standards in the 35 cases， 4 cases reached the anatomical cure standards， and 1 case was not cured， in the treatment course， there were 4 cases with complications and cured after the corresponding treatment. Conclusion The effect of vitrectomy and operation in treatment of complicated eye trauma is better， which can obviously improve the cure rate and reduce the incidence rate of complications， which is worth further promotion in clinic.

復(fù)雜眼外傷患者并發(fā)癥較多，常見的有眼內(nèi)多組織損傷、外傷性白內(nèi)障、眼內(nèi)炎癥等，這些并發(fā)癥一般都較嚴(yán)重，特殊的患病器官也增加了治療的難度，若患者的病情未得到及時、安全而有效的治療，則有可能會導(dǎo)致玻璃體內(nèi)纖維細胞增生、牽引性視網(wǎng)膜脫離等并發(fā)癥的出現(xiàn)，嚴(yán)重時甚至發(fā)生失明[1]。閉合式玻璃體切除術(shù)是治療復(fù)雜眼外傷的一種有效的治療方法，該方法可有效修復(fù)其患眼的解剖結(jié)構(gòu)及功能，清除眼球內(nèi)部的外來異物、致病菌及炎性物，顯著改善患者的視力[2]。為探究玻璃體切除術(shù)治療復(fù)雜眼外傷的治療效果，方便選取2015年1月—2016年6月該院收治的復(fù)雜眼外傷患者70例（70眼）進行該次實驗，現(xiàn)報道如下。
