羅浮山百草油吸入法聯(lián)合加味止嗽散治療感冒后咳嗽療效觀察

目的探討羅浮山百草油吸入法聯(lián)合加味止嗽散辨證治療感冒后咳嗽的臨床療效。方法 將收治的感冒后咳嗽患者200例隨機分成兩組，各100例。觀察組以羅浮山百草油吸入法聯(lián)合加味止嗽散臨證加減，吸入百草油，每天3次，中藥湯劑水煎服，1天1劑；對照組僅以加味止嗽散水煎服。兩組療程均為7 d。結(jié)果 觀察組總有效率為92．00%，明顯高于對照組的76．00(P＜0．05)；觀察組患者平均退熱時間和止咳時間均短于對照組(P＜0．05）。結(jié)論 羅浮山百草油吸入法聯(lián)合加味止嗽散治療感冒后咳嗽的療效明顯優(yōu)于單用加味止嗽散，值得臨床推廣。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Luofushan Baicao Oil combined with modified Zhisou San in treating cough due to colds．M ethods Totally 200 patients with cough due to colds admitted to our hospital were random ly divided into two groups,100 cases in each group．The observation group was given Luofushan Baicao Oil combined with modified Zhisou San,patients inhaled Baicao Oil,3 times per day,traditional Chinese medicine decoction was decocted in water for oral dose,1 dose per day．The control group was only given modified Zhisou San,which was decocted in water for oral dose．The two groups were treated for 7 days．Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92．00%,which was significantly higher than 76．00% of the control group(P＜0．05)．The average antipyretic time and cough time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0．05)．Conclusion The effect of Luofushan Baicao oil combined with modified Zhisou San in treating cough due to colds is obviously superior to the only use of modified Zhisou San．It is worthy of clinical promotion．

感冒后咳嗽是指患者發(fā)熱、鼻塞、流涕、咽痛等急性期癥狀消失后咳嗽仍遷延不愈的一種獨立性疾病，多表現(xiàn)為刺激性干咳或咳少量白色黏液痰，持續(xù)3～8周，甚至更長時間，胸部X線攝片顯示無異常。目前，感冒后咳嗽的發(fā)病機制尚不十分明確，可能是由于感染引起的氣道非特異性炎癥，氣道上皮損傷脫落，上皮下感覺神經(jīng)暴露，黏膜充血水腫，炎性細胞浸潤和炎性遞質(zhì)釋放，從而刺激咳嗽感受器[1]。目前，患者使用多種抗菌藥物治療后仍難以徹底根除，造成抗菌藥物濫用增加了交叉感染的機會，逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變成了慢性咳嗽?！?br>
