清熱利濕化瘀法保留灌腸治療慢性盆腔炎65例臨床觀察

目的探討清熱利濕化瘀法保留灌腸治療慢性盆腔炎的臨床效果。方法 選擇醫(yī)院2013年5月至2015年5月收治的慢性盆腔炎患者130例，隨機分為兩組，各65例。對照組采用清熱利濕化瘀湯劑治療，觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上采用保留灌腸治療。結(jié)果 觀察組總有效率為93．85%，明顯高于對照組的86．15%（P＜0．05）；觀察組各項中醫(yī)積分均明顯低于對照組（P＜0．05）。結(jié)論 清熱利濕化瘀法聯(lián)合保留灌腸治療慢性盆腔炎，效果優(yōu)于單用清熱利濕化瘀湯劑治療，且能在規(guī)范操作下提升療效，臨床可優(yōu)先選用。

Abstract：Ob jective To investigate the clinical effect of clearing away heat and promoting diuresis and clearing stasis method combined with retention enema for treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease．M ethods Totally 130 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were random ly divided into 2 groups，65 cases in each group．The control group was given clearing away heat and promoting diuresis and clearing－stasis detection，on this basis，the observation group was given retention enema．Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93．85%，which was significantly higher than 86．15% of the control group（P＜0．05）．The scores of TCM integration in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P＜0．05）．Conclusion Clearing away heat and promoting diuresis and clearing－stasis method combined with retention enema for treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has better effect than clearing away heat and promoting diuresis and clearing stasis method alone，and can promote the curative effect under the standardized operation，which can be the first to be selected in the clinical．

盆腔炎為臨床常見婦科疾病，并發(fā)癥較多，慢性盆腔痛是其中一種，主要臨床癥狀有小腹墜脹感、疼痛，伴有腰骶酸痛，勞累過度、性交以及月經(jīng)前后會加重。目前，其臨床治療藥物主要為抗生素，容易發(fā)生耐藥性，效果不佳，不僅會影響患者的工作與學(xué)習(xí)，也會進一步增加盆腔淤血，使月經(jīng)量增大、損壞卵巢功能、導(dǎo)致月經(jīng)失調(diào)；同時慢性盆腔炎長期病變會形成瘢痕黏連以及盆腔充血，嚴重者可導(dǎo)致輸卵管阻塞，繼而引發(fā)不孕癥[1]。為探討更有效的治療方法及藥物，筆者選取130例患者進行分組比較，探討清熱利濕化瘀法保留灌腸治療慢性盆腔炎的效果?，F(xiàn)報道如下。
