臨渙焦化股份有限公司焦爐氣制甲醇是臨渙焦化煤焦一體化工程的配套工程，焦爐氣來自220噸/年焦化裝置，充分利用焦爐的副產(chǎn)煤氣資源優(yōu)勢生產(chǎn)甲醇，但生產(chǎn)甲醇的煤氣原料中的含硫量偏高，為滿足甲醇生產(chǎn)工藝指標要求，需對煤氣凈化車間凈化后的煤氣進行再次脫硫，使煤氣中的總硫含量低于0.1ppm，消除因硫含量超標引起催化劑“重毒”的不利因素，保障甲醇裝置長周期穩(wěn)定運行。本文論述了焦爐氣制甲醇的PDS—600濕法脫硫工藝在生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用，對脫硫工藝中的控制參數(shù)進行了論證，并用多年的生產(chǎn)實際證明了PDS—600濕法脫硫工藝的應(yīng)用效果良好。

Abstract：Project for methanol production from coke oven gas of Linhuan coking＆ chemical co.ltd is a coal integration project of Linhuan coking project，the coke oven gas comes from the 220 ton/year coking unit，making full use of the advantages of the by－product gas resources of the coke oven to produce methanol，but the amount of sulfur in the gas raw material for producing methanol is high，in order to meet the requirements of process indicators for methanol production，the gas need to be desulfurated after purification in gas purification workshop again after desulfurization，so that the total sulfur content in the gas is lower than 0.1ppm，the adverse factors are eliminated，that is“poisoning”catalyst caused by excessive sulfur content，to guarantee long term stable operation of methanol plant.This paper discusses the application of PDS－600 wet desulfurization process of methanol coke oven gas in production，the control parameters in the desulfurization process were demonstrated，and with many years of production practice shows that the application effect of PDS－600 wet desulfurization process is good.

臨渙焦化公司采用PDS—600濕法脫硫工藝，為滿足甲醇生產(chǎn)工藝指標要求，針對臨渙焦化股份有限公司焦爐氣制甲醇過程中，就地取材，充分利用焦爐的副產(chǎn)煤氣資源優(yōu)勢。對煤氣凈化車間凈化后的煤氣進行再次脫硫，保障甲醇裝置長周期穩(wěn)定運行［1］。

1 焦爐煤氣的成分

臨渙焦化股份有限公司現(xiàn)有4座6米55孔焦爐，設(shè)計年產(chǎn)焦炭220萬噸，從焦爐出來的荒煤氣經(jīng)煤氣凈化車間的鼓冷、脫硫、硫銨、洗苯工段后，大部分焦油、萘、氨、無機硫、苯系物等有害雜質(zhì)被脫除，富含氫氣和一氧化碳，是很好的甲醇生產(chǎn)原料，但是其中仍含有微量硫、烯烴、氧氣、焦油、奈、氰化氫、氨、苯等雜質(zhì)，作為合成甲醇的原料使用時，這些雜質(zhì)會對后續(xù)化工工藝過程的催化劑造成毒害，導(dǎo)致催化劑部分或完全失活。……
