項目地段位處停車場旁邊，絕對稱不上是最理想的居住環境，如何美化景觀同時保留開放空間成為建筑師的首要任務。西面加建的白木墻一直延伸到前園，加入六扇窗口既能掩蓋停車場礙眼的景觀，又不至于把室內與室外空間完全隔絕。露天前園的碎石園種植了幾株林木，為四周冰冷的石屎及瀝清路面加入一絲綠化，成為與鄰居聚舊聊天的好地方。

With three sides surrounded by a carpark, the challenge for this project is obvious: covering the eyesore while maintaining a certain degree of openness. The west elevation does exactly that. The white wooden wall with six openings beautifies the internal living space, yet at the same time, gives a sense of publicness on the boundary between the parking lot and the proposed site. The front yard,enclosed by the extension of the elevation, becomes a public space for neighbours to gather.
