“藥德”視閾下大學生社會主義核心價值觀培育路徑研究

[摘要] 貫徹落實“健康中國”戰略，需要提升食品藥品生產安全水平和監管水平，更需要建設一支德才兼備的高素質醫藥人才隊伍。醫藥類高校肩負著培養國家醫藥人才的重要任務，學校應堅持以立德樹人為根本，站在推動醫藥產業發展、保障人民群眾用藥安全的高度，用社會主義核心價值觀指引“藥德”教育，使社會主義核心價值觀融入學生生活、工作和精神世界。本文從醫藥職業道德與社會主義核心價值觀融合的角度出發，提出了設計特色活動、立足專業背景、整合行業資源、依托信息技術等四大要素創新培育路徑，從而提高社會主義核心價值觀的教育效果。

Study on the cultivation of socialist core values of college students from the perspective of"drug morality"

[Abstract] To implement the "healthy China" strategy， the safety and regulatory level of food and drug production need to be improved and a contingent of highly qualified medical talents with both ability and political integrity needs to be built. Medical colleges shoulder the important task of cultivating national medical talents and should adhere to the fundamental moral education， promote the development of pharmaceutical industry， ensure the drug safety. The socialist core values guide "drug morality" education and integrate it into students' life， work and spiritual world. From the fusion perspective of medical ethics and socialist core values， this article puts forward four elements innovating cultivation path such as designing special activities， playing a professional background， integrating industry resources and relying on the information technology， thereby improving the educational effects of socialist core values.

中共中央《關于制定國民經濟和社會發展第十三個五年規劃的建議》決定，把“健康中國”上升為國家戰略。推動“健康中國”戰略實施，需要提升食品藥品生產安全水平和監管水平，更需要建設一支德才兼備的高素質醫藥人才隊伍[1]。近年來，我國醫藥領域安全事件頻發，顯露出我國醫藥行業建設的眾多短板。醫藥類高校作為醫藥人才的“儲水池”，肩負著培養醫藥行業人才的重任，學校在加強學生知識和技能教育的同時，升華“藥德”教育，使社會主義核心價值觀融入學生的生活、工作和精神世界，是時代賦予醫藥類高等院校的歷史使命。
