【摘要】 目的:調查金黃色葡萄球菌對15種抗菌藥物的敏感性。方法:收集2015年1月-2016年9月以來,臨床分離的146株金黃色葡萄球菌,采用美國BD公司生產的PhoenixTM-100細菌鑒定/藥敏系統檢測15種抗菌藥物對分離菌的敏感性,數據分析采用WHONET5.6軟件。結果:耐甲氧西林金黃色葡萄球菌(MRSA)占金黃色葡萄球菌的比例為24.7%。金黃色葡萄球菌對15種常用抗菌藥物總耐藥率依次為氨芐西林96.6%、青霉素95.9%、紅霉素72.6%、克林霉素43.2%、阿莫西林/克拉維酸25.0%、復方新諾明及苯唑西林24.7%、妥布霉素21.2%、慶大霉素20.5%、環丙沙星17.1%;來源不同部位的標本分離的金黃色葡萄球菌對同一種抗菌藥物的耐藥率差異顯著。結論:臨床醫生在治療金黃色葡萄球菌引起的感染的過程中,應根據不同感染部位參考耐藥性監測,給予合適的抗菌藥物,臨床上一旦檢出MRSA,微生物室要根據NCCLS的有關規定修訂藥敏報告。

Drug-resistance Monitoring and Analysis of 146 Strains of Staphylococcus Aureus/GUO Li-na.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research,2017,15(30):69-71
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the sensitivity of staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus) to 15 kinds of antibacterial drugs.Method:From January 2015 to September 2016,146 strains of S.aureus were selected,clinical separation of trace broth dilution method detection of 15 kinds of antimicrobial agents for sensibility of isolated bacteria.WHONET5.6 software was used to analyze the data.Result:Methicillin-resistant S.aureus(MRSA) accounted for 24.7% of S.aureus,the drug-resistance rate of S.aureus to Am-picillin was 96.6%,to Penicillin was 95.9%,to Erythromycin was 72.6%,to Clindamycin was 43.2%,to Amoxicillin/Clavulanic Acid was 25.0%,to Compound Sulfamethoxazole and Oxacillin were 24.7%,to Tobramycin was 21.2%,to Gentamicin was 20.5%,to Ciprofloxacin was 17.1%.Specimens from different parts of the source separation of S.aureus to the same kind of antimicrobial resistance difference is significant.Conclusion:Clinicians in the treatment of infections caused by S.aureus,shall according to different infection site reference drug resistance surveillance,to appropriate antimicrobial agents,once the clinical detection of MRSA,microbial chamber shall be revised according to NCCLS the relevant provisions of the drug susceptibility reports.

近幾年來,伴隨著耐甲氧西林金黃色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的檢出率不斷地升高,臨床治療越來越困難。有報道指出由MRSA所致的全身嚴重感染的病死率>50%[1],引起了世界衛生組織的高度重視,因此加強對金黃色葡萄球菌的耐藥性監測,了解其耐藥特點和變化趨勢對合理使用抗菌藥物和有效預防院內感染顯得尤為重要。本研究從2015年1月-2016年9月,收集來自臨床各類標本中分離的146株金黃色葡萄球菌,并對這146株金黃色葡萄球菌進行藥敏試驗,現就耐藥性監測結果和MRSA檢出情況報告如下。……
