綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)在乳腺癌護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用效果觀察

【摘要】 目的：對綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)在乳腺癌護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值進(jìn)行分析。方法：選擇2016年6月-2017年5月在筆者所在醫(yī)院進(jìn)行治療的168例乳腺癌患者，并隨機(jī)進(jìn)行分組，對照組（84例）患者實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組（84例）患者實(shí)施綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)，分析兩組干預(yù)后癌因性疲乏狀況、焦慮和抑郁狀況、并發(fā)癥及滿意度等。結(jié)果：觀察組患者的癌因性疲乏狀況優(yōu)于對照組，觀察組與對照組產(chǎn)婦的SAS評分和SDS評分均有了一定的下降，觀察組的改善程度優(yōu)于對照組，觀察組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率9.5%，護(hù)理滿意度96.4%，與對照組相比差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)應(yīng)用于乳腺癌護(hù)理中效果顯著，可有效消除或緩解癌因性疲乏程度，改善患者不良情緒，并降低不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率，有助于提高患者滿意度和生存質(zhì)量。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in breast cancer nursing.Method：168 patients with breast cancer who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group（84 patients） underwent routine care.The observation group（84 cases） was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The cancerous fatigue status，anxiety and depression，complications and satisfaction were analyzed.Result：The situation of cancerous fatigue in the observation group was better than that in the control group.The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group and the control group were decreased，the improvement degree of the observation group was significant，the complication incidence rate of the observation group was 9.5% and nursing satisfaction was 96.4%，the differences were statistically significant compared with the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention is effective in the treatment of breast cancer，which can effectively eliminate or alleviate the degree of cancerous fatigue，improve the bad mood and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions，and improve the patients satisfaction and quality of life.

乳腺癌是女性中發(fā)病率較高的一種惡性腫瘤，近年來其發(fā)病率逐年上升，且呈現(xiàn)年輕化趨勢，臨床治療多采用手術(shù)治療，而術(shù)后的康復(fù)護(hù)理則受到了廣泛的關(guān)注[1-2]。乳腺癌圍術(shù)期綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)有利于提高患者認(rèn)知程度，緩解不良情緒，為患者術(shù)后快速康復(fù)提供有利的保障。本文特選擇筆者所在醫(yī)院收治的乳腺癌患者，應(yīng)用綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)效果明顯，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

選取2016年6月-2017年5月在筆者所在醫(yī)院手術(shù)治療的乳腺癌患者168例，均符合《外科學(xué)》第七版中乳腺癌的相關(guān)診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)[3]。按照隨機(jī)數(shù)表的方法將其分為對照組和觀察組兩組，每組84例，觀察組：均為女性，年齡33～68歲，平均（49.5±5.5）歲，病程4～36個(gè)月，平均（9.5±3.6）個(gè)月；對照組：均為女性，年齡34～67歲，平均（50.2±5.3）歲，病程5～32個(gè)月，平均（9.0±3.8）個(gè)月。……
