微等離子束聯合夫西地酸乳膏治療凹陷性痤瘡瘢痕的美容效果研究

[摘要]目的：觀察微等離子束聯合夫西地酸乳膏治療凹陷性痤瘡瘢痕的臨床療效及對皮膚美容效果的影響。方法：選擇筆者醫院2016年2月-2017年1月收治的凹陷性痤瘡瘢痕患者240例，采用數字隨機表法分為對照組和觀察組，每組120例。對照組僅采用夫西地酸乳膏治療至結痂脫落，觀察組在采用夫西地酸乳膏治療的基礎上，再予以微等離子束治療，治療3次為1個療程。收集并比較兩組患者治療過程中或完成治療后的不良反應。采用ECCA權重評分表對兩組患者瘢痕進行定性定量評價，并進行治療前后組內、治療后組間比較，計算療效指數，綜合評定治療方案對患者瘢痕皮膚的美容效果。結果：對照組15例患者治療過程中及完成治療后出現不良反應，不良反應發生率為12.50%；觀察組19例出現不良反應，不良反應發生率為15.83%，兩組患者不良反應率比較，差異無統計學意義（P>0.05）。兩組患者治療后ECCA瘢痕評分均較治療前明顯降低，且觀察組明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。觀察組治療指數及臨床總有效率明顯高于對照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：微等離子束聯合夫西地酸乳膏治療凹陷性痤瘡瘢痕有較好療效，可提升皮膚美容效果，且不良反應率低，安全高效，具有較高的臨床價值。

Abstract： Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of microplasma combined with Fusidic Acid Cream in the treatment of sunken acne scar， and to provide reference for the selection of clinical treatment options for sunken acne scar. Methods 240 patients with concave acne scar treated in our hospital from February 2016 to January 2017 were selected as study subjects. According to the serial number，they were divided into the control group and the observation group， 120 cases in each group. The control group were treated with Fusidic Acid Cream to scab， on the basis of the use of Fusidic Acid Cream treatment，the observation group were，treated wiyh microplasma beam treatment， a total of 3 times for a course of treatment. The adverse reactions of two groups of patients during treatment or after treatment were collected and compared. Two groups of sunken acne scars were evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively with the ECCA weight score table. The results were compared before and after treatment and after treatment. The curative effect index was calculated， and the effect of the treatment scheme on the skin scar skin was evaluated. Results 15 cases of adverse reactions in the control group were 12.50%，19 cases of adverse reactions in the observation group were 15.83%， and there was no significant difference in the rate of adverse reaction between the two groups （P>0.05）. After treatment， the ECCA scar scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment， and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P<0.05）. The therapeutic index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group， and the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion microplasma combined with Fusidic Acid Cream can effectively improve the quality and quantity of cicatrix and improve the cosmetic effect of the skin. It does not increase the adverse reaction rate， and it is safe and efficient. It is of high clinical value for the treatment of acne cicatrix with depression.
