[摘要] 目的 探討心理護(hù)理對兒科危重癥患兒心理行為反應(yīng)和護(hù)理滿意度的影響。 方法 方便選取該院2015年5月—2016年5月兒科收治的危重病患兒180例作為研究對象,按照隨機數(shù)表將該180例患兒分為對照組與研究組,兩組患兒均為90例。均給予兩組患兒常規(guī)心理護(hù)理。在此基礎(chǔ)上,給予研究組針對性心理護(hù)理干預(yù)。觀察兩組患兒的心理行為反應(yīng)情況,并通過發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷對護(hù)理滿意度進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析。結(jié)果 研究組患兒不良心理行為反應(yīng)率(37.8%)明顯低于對照組(87.8%),研究組患兒家屬護(hù)理滿意度(88.9%)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于對照組(64.5%),且研究組患兒家屬護(hù)理后的SAS評分(30.1±5.3)分明顯優(yōu)于對照組(39.4±4.6)分,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 心理護(hù)理有助于減少兒科危重癥患兒的不良心理行為反應(yīng),提高患兒及其家屬的護(hù)理滿意度,值得推廣應(yīng)用。

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to explore the effect of psychological nursing on the psychological behavior and nursing satisfaction of pediatric patients with critical illness. Methods 180 cases with pediatric critical care from May 2015 to May 2016 were convenient selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the research group according to the random number table, with 90 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine psychological care. On this basis, targeted psychological nursing intervention was given to the research group. The psychological behavior of the two groups was observed and the nursing satisfaction was analyzed by questionnaire. Results The bad psychological behavior response rate was 37.8% in the research group, significantly lower than the control group of 87.8%, the satisfaction rate of childrens families was 88.9%, much higher than the control group of 64.5%, and the SAS score after nursing was(30.1±5.3)points, better than control group of (39.4±4.6)points, the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing can help reduce the adverse psychological behavior of children with pediatric diaphobia and improve the nursing satisfaction of children and their families. Therefore it is worth application.

近年來,隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,人們對于兒科危重癥患兒的護(hù)理提出了更高的要求。一般情況下,護(hù)理人員需要對危重癥患兒進(jìn)行及時、全面、嚴(yán)密、持續(xù)和系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)護(hù)和救治。危重癥患兒在被監(jiān)護(hù)過程中因承受因病帶來的痛苦、感知陌生環(huán)境以及與家長分離的痛苦時常出現(xiàn)一些不良心理行為反應(yīng)[1]。有研究提出,心理護(hù)理干預(yù)有助于提高兒科危重癥患兒的臨床治療效果[2]。該研究方便選取該院2015年5月—2016年5月兒科收治的危重癥患兒180作為研究對象,現(xiàn)將心理護(hù)理對兒科危重癥患兒心理行為反應(yīng)和護(hù)理滿意度的影響,現(xiàn)報道如下。
