摘要:林木良種是森林資源高效培育的重要物質基礎,為優化杉木良種資源應用的配置,以福建省杉木中心產區建甌市和大田縣兩地種源種子為對照,開展產自福建省尤溪國有林場等10個單位14個1至3代杉木種子園良種的輕基質容器育苗對比試驗。通過對苗高、地莖、高莖比、質量指數等8個苗期生長與質量指標的調查測定分析,結果表明:杉木不同世代良種和相同世代不同種子園良種間的生長指標均存在極顯著或顯著差異,杉木不同良種之間的苗木生長特性存在差異;依據苗高、地徑和生物量進行苗木質量綜合評價結果顯示:不同世代良種的苗木質量總體上優于對照組,苗木質量指數最高的是尤溪林場3代,高出總群體平均值25.21%,其次是洋口林場3代、光澤華僑林場3代、官莊林場2.5代、長汀2代,高出總群體平均數的14.12%。

杉木(Cunninghamialanceolata(Lamb.)Hook.)是我國特有的優良用材速生樹種,也是南方各省區最重要的造林樹種之一,前人對其研究很多,也已取得了大批重要的科研成果,對推動我國南方杉木速豐林的建設起到了重要作用。杉木良種繁育研究是杉木研究中最活躍、研究成果和文獻報道最多的領域,其中又以良種選育、遺傳改良和造林效果研究較為成熟和更具重要意義[1-5]。福建省的杉木育種經過了50多年科技攻關和建設,已進入了高世代繁育及應用階段,建成多世代杉木種子園面積達7000多hm2,其中杉木3代種子園達3000多hm2?!?br>
