基于SECI模型的社區教育移動微型課程設計研究

摘 要 社區教育課程是社區教育發展的核心內容。作為一種新型學習方式，移動微型學習已在社區教育領域受到很大關注。結合知識管理中SECI模型和移動微型課程的特點，論述SECI模型和社區教育移動微型課程融合的必然性，提出基于SECI模型的移動微型課程設計思路，為更好地開發高質量的社區課程提供借鑒。

Abstract Community education course is the core content in commu-

nity education. As a new type of learning， mobile micro learning has

been paid great attention in community education. According to cha-racteristics of SECI model of knowledge management and mobile micro course， the inevitability of the integration of SECI model and mobile micro course in community education is discussed， then the

paper proposes the design idea of mobile micro course based on SECI model， which provides the reference for better development of

high-quality community course.

1 引言

隨著知識技術不斷更新，終身教育的需求逐漸增加，而社區教育正是實現終身教育、構造學習型社會的基礎。作為社區教育的載體，社區教育課程是開展社區教育活動的基本依據，也是社區教育內涵發展的核心[1]。

移動微型課程以短小實用、方便學習等特點，促進了教育教學的創新性發展，這種方式同樣適合社區學習者碎片化學習的需求。與此同時就有了如何構建移動微型課程，如何實現知識的交流與共享，如何寓教于樂、高效學習等問題，而這些已在客觀上對知識管理提出需求。有效的知識管理可以促進知識的獲取、應用、交流與共享，利用SECI模型對知識在學習中的轉化進行描述與控制具有較好的效果，并已成為知識管理研究的經典理論[2]。國內外很多高校對SECI模型在課程中的應用已進行研究和實踐，但是將SECI模型與社區教育移動微型課程相結合的研究較少。因此，本文立足教育信息化和社區教育發展的大背景，探討基于SECI模型的社區教育移動微型課程的構建思路，以促進社區教育良好持續發展。……
