地下工程防水質量的控制措施

【摘 要】城市化的迅猛發(fā)展，也加劇了地下空間的大規(guī)模開發(fā)和使用，地下工程被廣泛應用到現(xiàn)代城市建設。對于地下工程建設來說，防水質量是關鍵，一旦出現(xiàn)滲水、漏水問題，直接影響整個工程項目的質量，甚至危及人民的生命和財產安全。論文主要針對地下工程防水施工的特點，從防水材料、施工技術以及細部構造處理幾方面，簡要分析提高地下工程防水質量的措施。

【Abstract】The rapid development of urbanization has also intensified the large-scale development and use of underground space， and underground engineering has been widely used in modern urban construction. Waterproofing quality is the key to underground engineering construction. Once there occurs seepage and leakage problems， it will directly affect the quality of the whole project， and even endanger the safety of people's lives and property. Aiming at the characteristics of the waterproof construction in underground engineering， the paper briefly analyzes the measures to improve the waterproof quality of underground engineering from the aspects of waterproof material， construction technology and detailed structural treatment and so on.

1 加強地下工程防水質量控制的意義

社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，促使城市化的不斷推進，城市人口增多，地下工程在很大程度上可以緩解地上土地資源不足的問題。就目前來看，我國建設工程施工技術和管理日益完善，但地下工程安全事故時有發(fā)生，其中地下工程防水質量引起的滲漏水現(xiàn)象也較為常見。提高地下工程防水質量成為建筑工程質量控制的重點，在建設工程的全壽命周期中也有著很重要的意義。但是地下工程由于工程施工情況復雜、不可預見性因素較多，此外工程的高危性和廣泛的社會影響性，使得地下工程的質量安全把控成為整個工程的重要環(huán)節(jié)。地下工程防水作為地下工程質量控制的一個重要方面，從防水設計、防水施工以及維護管理等各項工作都會影響防水工程的質量，做好地下工程的防水工作，提高地下建筑工程的防水質量，是對整個建筑安全的重要保障，也關系著建筑的使用壽命。……
