國內(nèi)外感染傷口細(xì)菌生物膜處理方式的研究進(jìn)展

摘 要：細(xì)菌生物膜是感染傷口遷延不愈，手術(shù)及局部給藥治療效果不佳的主要原因之一。目前臨床上普遍使用的處理傷口細(xì)菌生物膜的方法有局部機(jī)械清創(chuàng)法、負(fù)壓療法、局部藥物等，雖具有一定的治療效果，但細(xì)菌生物膜仍是目前臨床治療慢性感染的棘手問題。近年來，國內(nèi)外學(xué)者提出了一些新的治療方法及理念，如光動(dòng)力學(xué)治療、低能量光療、乙酸及抗菌肽等的使用，本文綜述了國內(nèi)外感染傷口細(xì)菌生物膜處理的研究進(jìn)展，以期為目前生物膜的臨床治療與護(hù)理帶來啟發(fā)。

Advances in the Treatment of Bacterial Biofilm in Infected Wound at Home and Abroad

Abstract：Bacterial biofilm is one of the main reasons for the unhealing of infection wound， the poor effect of operation and local administration.At present， the methods of treating bacterial biofilm in clinic are local mechanical debridement， negative pressure therapy， local medicine and so on. Although it has certain therapeutic effect， bacterial biofilm is still a thorny problem in clinical treatment of chronic infection.In recent years， scholars at home and abroad have put forward some new treatment methods and ideas， such as photodynamic therapy， low-energy phototherapy， acetic acid and antimicrobial peptides， etc.This article reviews the research progress of bacterial biofilm treatment in infected wounds at home and abroad in order to bring inspiration to the clinical treatment and nursing of biofilm.

傷口細(xì)菌生物膜（bacterial biofilm）因其獨(dú)特的組織結(jié)構(gòu)，對抗生素以及其它一些抗菌物質(zhì)有著極強(qiáng)的耐藥性[1]。美國疾控中心數(shù)據(jù)表明，65%～80%的傷口感染都與細(xì)菌生物膜有關(guān)[2]。而細(xì)菌生物膜也成為了感染傷口遷延不愈，手術(shù)及局部給藥治療效果不佳的主要原因之一。目前臨床上普遍用來處理傷口細(xì)菌生物膜的方法包括局部機(jī)械清創(chuàng)法，破壞菌膜、生物工程替代療法、負(fù)壓療法、局部藥物等治療方法，以上方法雖均具有一定的治療效果，但細(xì)菌生物膜仍是目前臨床治療慢性感染的棘手問題。近年來，國內(nèi)外醫(yī)學(xué)專家通過對細(xì)菌生物膜產(chǎn)生的機(jī)制和其對傷口愈合的不利影響，以及如何消除傷口生物膜的方法進(jìn)行了研究，并提出了一些新的治療方法及理念，這些會對目前生物膜的臨床治療與護(hù)理帶來啟發(fā)，現(xiàn)綜述如下。……
