黛力新聯合維生素B6治療伴負性情緒的功能性消化不良臨床療效研究

摘 要：目的 探討黛力新聯合維生素B6片輔助治療伴負性情緒的功能性消化不良的臨床效果， 為功能性消化不良（FD）的臨床治療提供參考。方法 選擇云浮市人民醫院2016年6月～2018年1月收治的112例伴有抑郁焦慮等負性情緒的FD患者，采用隨機數字表法分為觀察組和對照組，每組56例，兩組患者均給予常規基礎治療，觀察組患者在常規治療的基礎上給予黛力新（氟哌噻噸美利曲辛片）、維生素B6片口服治療，對兩組患者治療后的心理狀態采用SDS及SAS量表進行評估，并對軀體癥狀、總體療效進行比較和分析。結果 觀察組患者SAS評分、SDS評分低于對照組（P<0.05）；觀察組患者軀體癥較前緩解（P<0.05），且治療組各項評分低于對照組（P<0.05），觀察組治療總有效率為 92.72%，對照組治療總有效率為68.52%，差異具有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 對于伴情緒障礙的FD患者，在常規治療基礎上加用氟哌噻噸美利曲辛片聯合維生素B6片治療，可有效減輕患者精神和軀體癥狀，提高臨床療效。

Efficacy of Deanxit and VitB6 tablets in management of negative emotions in patients with Functional dyspepsia

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Deanxit combined with vitamin B6 in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with negative emotion， and to provide reference for the clinical treatment of functional dyspepsia（FD）. Methods 112 cases of FD patients with negative emotions such as depression and anxiety were selected from Yunfu People's Hospital from June 2016 to January 2018. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group， 56 cases in each group. The patients in the group were given routine basic treatment. The patients in the observation group were given Deanxit （Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets） tablets and vitamin B6 tablets on the basis of conventional treatment.The psychological status of the two groups of patients after treatment was assessed by SDS and SAS scales， and the physical symptoms and overall efficacy were compared and analyzed. Results The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（P<0.05）. The physical symptoms of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（P<0.05）， and the scores of the treatment group were lower than the control group （P<0.05）. The total effective rate was 92.72% in the treatment group and 68.52% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion For patients with FD with mood disorders， the addition of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets combined with vitamin B6 tablets on the basis of conventional treatment can effectively reduce the mental and physical symptoms of patients and improve clinical efficacy.

功能性消化不良（functional dsyspepsia，FD）是常見的一種功能性胃腸疾病[1]。FD患者常伴有抑郁、焦慮等負性情緒[2]。FD治療方式多樣化，療效差異較大，傳統治療多以質子泵抑制劑及促胃腸動力藥物為主，對癥處理反酸、腹痛、腹脹、噯氣、上腹不適等癥狀[3]。隨著國內外學者對該病認識的不斷加深，相關研究認為，精神心理治療及抗焦慮抑郁藥物的使用可有效提高FD的治療效果。有研究認為黛力新輔助治療FD的效果顯著[4-6]。本研究旨在探討黛力新聯合維生素B6對伴負性情緒的FD患者治療效果的影響，結果報道如下。

1資料與方法

1.1一般資料 選擇2016年6月～2018年1月在南方醫科大學附屬云浮市人民醫院消化內科就診并確診為功能性消化不良患者112例，本研究經云浮市人民醫院倫理委員會審批。……
