天麻鉤藤飲治療高血壓病的臨床研究

摘 要：高血壓是臨床內科的一種常見病、多發(fā)病，中后期可涉及心、腦、腎等多靶器官的損害，中醫(yī)辨證屬于“眩暈”“頭痛”等范疇，與稟賦不足、情志不暢、飲食失常、房勞過度以及年邁體弱等因素有關，中藥方劑天麻鉤藤飲對于高血壓病（肝陽上亢證型）患者具有明顯的降低血壓治療效果。本文主要從肝論治，分析高血壓病的病因、病機以及天麻鉤藤飲方劑的組成、功效、適應證，總結天麻鉤藤飲治療高血壓病的臨床經(jīng)驗。

Clinical Study on Tianma Gouteng Decoction in Treating Hypertension

Abstract：Hypertension is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinical medicine. In the middle and late stages， it can involve damage to multiple target organs such as heart， brain and kidney. TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to the categories of "dizziness" and "headache"， Related to factors such as insufficient endowment， unsatisfactory emotions， eating disorders， overworked and weak body， Chinese herbal medicine Tianma Gouteng Decoction has obvious therapeutic effect on lowering blood pressure in patients with hypertension （Syndrome of liver Yang hyperactivity）. This article mainly from the liver treatment， analysis of the etiology， pathogenesis of the disease and the composition， efficacy， indications of Tianma Gouteng Decoction， summed up the clinical experience of Tianma Gouteng Decoction in the treatment of hypertension.

高血壓（hypertension）是一種以體循環(huán)收縮期和（或）舒張期血壓持續(xù)升高為主要特點，伴或者不伴有相關靶器官（心、腦、腎等）損害一種全身性疾病，根據(jù)患者臨床癥狀，辨病屬于中醫(yī)內科學“眩暈”“頭痛”范疇。依據(jù)中醫(yī)學理論基礎，多數(shù)學者認為本病病位主要在肝，可分為多種中醫(yī)證型，其中肝陽上亢為本病最常見證型[1，2]。近來，大量臨床研究表明：中醫(yī)傳統(tǒng)方劑天麻鉤藤飲具有平肝潛陽的作用，臨床可用于高血壓病（肝陽上亢證型）的治療，且降壓療效確切，現(xiàn)就其作用分析如下。

1 西醫(yī)學對于高血壓的認識

1.1病因 西醫(yī)學認為，本病具有比較明顯的遺傳傾向性和家族史，若是父母兩人都患有高血壓病，其子女的發(fā)病率可能高達46%，數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計顯示：大約60%的高血壓病患者都具有家族史[3-5]。高血壓還與飲食有著較為明顯的關系，高鹽飲食、高蛋白飲食、高脂飲食是高血壓病形成的重要因素。……
