[摘要] 目的 了解我縣居民飲用水中碘的含量,為有效預(yù)防控制飲用水碘的發(fā)生和正確食用加碘食鹽提供依據(jù)。方法 2017年3~8月期間,采集我縣17個(gè)區(qū)域(包括城區(qū)、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)和以行政村為單位)的居民生活飲用水,采用國(guó)家碘缺乏病參照實(shí)驗(yàn)室生活飲用水中碘化物的檢測(cè)方法測(cè)定。 結(jié)果 抽檢241份水樣,其中集中式供水水樣44份,分散式供水水樣197份,飲用水碘值最低接近0 μg/L,最高為53.34 μg/L,均值5.26 μg/L,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差4.66 μg/L,大部分地區(qū)飲用水碘值均在10.0 μg/L以下。 結(jié)論 我縣生活飲用水源屬碘缺乏飲用水源,在一定程度上影響人體健康。

[Abstract] Objective To prevent the occurrence of drinking water iodine and provide evidence of iodized salt intake properly by investigating the level of iodine in the drinking water of our county's citizens. Methods Drinking water samples of 17 areas(including the city proper, towns and villages) in our county were collected and assessed by using the test method detecting iodide of drinking water in accordance with the national reference laboratory of iodine deficiency disorders. Results Out of 241 water samples detected, 44 were from centralized water supply and 197 from non-centralized water supply. The lowest level of drinking water iodine was nearly 0 μg/L and highest was 53.34 μg/L. The average level was 5.26 μg/L and the standard deviation was 4.66 μg/L. The levels of drinking water iodine in most areas were under 10.0 μg/L. Conclusion The drinking water in our county was iodine-deficient and could affect human health to a certain extent.

隨著碘缺乏病消除目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),社會(huì)各界對(duì)碘缺乏病防治工作的關(guān)注未見(jiàn)減少[1-5],對(duì)于補(bǔ)碘科學(xué)性的討論反而愈發(fā)的熱烈。生活飲用水作為人體獲取碘元素的渠道之一,一直是人們關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。
碘缺乏流行病學(xué)調(diào)查研究證實(shí),竹山縣全縣范圍內(nèi)均存在碘營(yíng)養(yǎng)不足的公共衛(wèi)生問(wèn)題。通過(guò)實(shí)施全民食鹽加碘為主的干預(yù)防治,居民碘營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況得到改善。為科學(xué)預(yù)防控制居民碘營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況,必須對(duì)居住在此區(qū)域內(nèi)的生活居民居住環(huán)境,特別是獲取碘元素的主要來(lái)源生活飲用水進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控。因此,在2017年3~8月,對(duì)我縣管轄范圍內(nèi)的17個(gè)區(qū)域,包括城區(qū)、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)和以行政村為單位的不同區(qū)域人群的生活飲用水進(jìn)行取樣,調(diào)查生活居民飲用水碘值含量情況,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
