綜合護理干預用于青光眼合并白內障超聲乳化人工晶體植入術圍手術期的效果

[摘要] 目的 分析綜合護理干預對青光眼合并白內障超聲乳化人工晶體植入術圍手術期的影響。 方法 選擇2016年1月～2017年1月在我院就診的青光眼合并白內障患者80例作為研究對象，所有患者根據護理方法不同隨機分為干預組和對照組，每組各40例，對照組采取常規護理干預，干預組于圍術期采取綜合護理干預，護理后，對兩組患者的焦慮心理、術后并發癥情況、護理滿意度方面進行評價及比較分析。 結果 干預后，干預組的SAS評分明顯低于對照組，干預組的并發癥發生率為5.0%，顯著低于對照組的25.0%，干預組患者的住院時間顯著短于對照組，干預組的護理滿意度達97.5%，明顯高于對照組的77.5%（P<0.05）。 結論 對青光眼合并白內障患者行超聲乳化人工晶體植入術圍手術期采取綜合護理干預，有利于減輕患者的焦慮心理、減少術后并發癥發生率、促進疾病早日恢復，另一方面，提高護理滿意度，改善護患關系，從而提高護理質量。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the perioperative period of glaucoma combined with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Methods 80 patients with glaucoma and cataract treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as study subjects. All patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group according to different nursing methods， with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional nursing interventions， and the intervention group was given perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention. The anxiety， postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction between the two groups of patients were evaluated and comparatively analyzed after nursing. Results After intervention， the SAS scores in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The incidence of complications in the intervention group was 5.0%， significantly lower than 25.0% in the control group. The hospitalization time in the intervention group was significantly shorter than that in the control group. Nursing satisfaction of the intervention group reached 97.5%， significantly higher than 77.5% of the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in patients with glaucoma and cataract is helpful to reduce anxiety of patients， reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and promote the early recovery of the disease. And on the other hand， it can improve the nursing satisfaction and nurse-patient relationship， thereby improving the quality of care.

白內障超聲乳化人工晶體植入術治療青光眼合并白內障具有操作靈活、創傷小、前房穩定性佳及患者視力恢復良好等優點[1]，但由于患者對疾病及手術缺乏相關了解，因此易產生焦慮、恐懼、抑郁等負性心理。因此，對青光眼合并白內障行超聲乳化人工晶體植入術患者圍術期實施有效的護理干預措施，對于提高手術成功率、減少術后并發癥等方面具有重要的促進作用[2]。對于青光眼合并白內障患者來說，做好術前、術中、術后護理圍術期護理及出院指導是確保手術成功和疾病恢復的重要環節[3-5]。……
