藥劑科管理對促進醫院抗菌藥物合理應用的效果影響探討

[摘要] 目的 分析加強藥劑科抗菌藥物管理對促進醫院抗菌藥物合理應用的效果及影響。方法 抽取該院2015年1月—2016年1月門診各科室的處方1 000張作為未管理組，2016年2月—2017年2月管理后1 000張處方作為管理組，比較兩組管理前后的抗菌藥物使用率、藥物金額及問題的發生率。結果 管理后在抗菌藥物使用率、藥物金額、問題發生率方面都明顯降低，前后差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 加強藥劑科藥物管理可有有效推動醫院抗菌藥物的合理使用，降低問題發生率及節省醫藥費用，具有臨床推廣價值。

Study on Effect of Management in the Department of Pharmacy on Promoting the Rational Application of Antibacterials in the Hospital

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of management in the department of pharmacy on promoting the rational application of antibacterials in the hospital. Methods 1 000 pieces of prescriptions in various department in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the non-management group， while 1 000 pieces from February 2016 to February 2017 after management were used as the management group， and the use rate of antibacterials， drug cost and incidence rate of problems were compared between the two groups. Results After management， the antibacterials， drug cost and incidence rate of problems obviously decreased， and the difference before and after management was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The enhancement of drug management in the department of pharmacy can effectively promote the rational use of antibacterials in the hospital， reduce the incidence rate of problems and save the medical cost， and it is of clinical promotion value.

抗菌藥物漸漸成為我國臨床治療中應用最廣的藥物之一，抗菌藥物的不合理使用會產生藥源性疾病，產生藥品使用不良事件，同時會使人身體產生耐藥性，影響治療效果及患者身體健康[1-2]。如何有效合理控制抗菌藥物應用已經成為當前臨床醫生需要考慮的問題。據有關報告顯示，加強藥劑科的藥物管理功能可以有效提高醫藥抗菌藥物的合理用藥程度[3-4]，降低耐藥率和不良事件發生率。為此，該文選取該院門診各科室的處方2 000份進行前后對比，取得明顯效果，現將結果報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

抽取該院2015年1月—2016年1月門診各科室的處方1 000張作為未管理組，2016年2月—2017年2月管理后1 000張處方作為管理組，兩組疾病類型、開方治療時間等一般資料差異無統計學意義（P>0.05），具有可比性。

1.2 方法

未管理組不采取藥劑科管理措施，管理組加強藥物管理。具體管理方法為以下幾點。
