[摘要] 目的 分析腦外科護理教學(xué)模式改良為微信群的翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂模式效果。方法 該次調(diào)查選取2017年7—12月該院腦外科16名護理人員作為該次調(diào)查對象,將其根據(jù)學(xué)號末尾奇偶數(shù)分為改良組和對照組,各8名護理人員,給予對照組教學(xué)模式采用傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式,而給予改良組教學(xué)模式采用微信群翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂模式,分別觀察兩組護士在接受不同教學(xué)模式后護理人員對專業(yè)知識掌握度情況和對教學(xué)模式的評價。結(jié)果 統(tǒng)計發(fā)現(xiàn)改良組護理人員對專業(yè)知識掌握度為96.79%,而對照組為86.54%,相比改良組明顯高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05);改良組護理人員對改良教學(xué)模式評價度為96.15%,而對照組為84.62%,相比改良組明顯高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 微信群的翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂模式就現(xiàn)有教學(xué)和授課情況效果顯著,可大幅度提升護理人員對專業(yè)知識的掌握度。

Application Effect of WeChat Flipped Classroom Model in Brain Surgery Nursing Teaching

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to analyze the effect of the teaching model of brain surgery nursing on the flipped classroom model of WeChat. Methods 16 nursing staffs from July to December 2017 in the hospital were selected as the object of this survey and according to the end of the study number of odd and even they were divided into two groups: the improved group and the control group, with each 8 nursing staffs. The control group was used the teaching mode of traditional teaching mode an in the teaching mode of the improved group, the model of the flipped classroom model of WeChat was used, which aimed to observe the degree of professional knowledge and the evaluation of the teaching mode of nurses after receiving different teaching modes. Results The statistics were found that degree of professional knowledge of the nurses in the improved group was 96.79%, while the control group was 86.54%,Compared with the improvement group,higher than that of the control group,difference was statistically significanty (P<0.05), and the evaluation of the improved teaching model was 96.15%, while the control group was 84.62%. Compared with the improved group,higher than that of the control group,difference was statistically significanty(P<0.05). Conclusion The flipped class model of WeChat has a significant effect on existing teaching and lecturing, which can greatly improve the nursing staff's mastery of professional knowledge.

翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂為顛倒或反轉(zhuǎn)課堂,主要模式為將課上教學(xué)內(nèi)容和課下作業(yè)進行翻轉(zhuǎn)。而對于腦外科護理人員臨床教學(xué)主要采用高年資護士作為教師提供的教學(xué)大綱、資料、學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容以及書本素材進行自我整合提升低年資護理人員自主學(xué)習(xí)能力,提升低年資護士之間的互動和相互分享,以及與高年資護士交流和答疑解惑。該次就該院腦外科于2017年7—12月16名護理人員作為此次調(diào)查對象,實驗微信群翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式與傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式質(zhì)量進行對比分析,為今后醫(yī)護教學(xué)模式提供參考,現(xiàn)報道如下。
1 資料與方法
1.1 一般資料
該次調(diào)查選取該院腦外科16名護理人員作為該次調(diào)查對象,分為改良組和對照組,各8名護理人員,其中對照組入科成績分數(shù)范圍82~98分,平均分數(shù)為(86.7±14.21)分;……
