〔摘 要〕機構h2指數能夠定量的計算出機構所擁有的高水平科研人員規模,以一個全新的角度對機構學術影響力進行評價,具有簡單、直觀、可視等優點,但同時也存在著一些問題。[方法/過程]本文結合數據分析和實證研究,對機構h2指數存在的問題進行深入的理論分析。首先,同機構科研人員合作署名會在很大程度上提高機構h2數值;其次,不同機構所擁有的高水平科研人員數量有可能相同,但被引次數和高被引文章數量可能存在較大差距;另外,機構h2指數將擁有單篇高被引但發文少或個人h指數不高的作者排除在外,忽略了單篇高被引論文和作者對機構學術影響力的貢獻。[結果/結論]本文針對上述問題提出相應的對策,對h2指數進行修正,并進一步以機構h2n指數為基礎,利用因子分析方法,得出一種機構學術影響力的綜合評價指數。

〔Abstract〕The h2 index can quantitatively calculate the scale of the high-level scientific researchers owned by the institution,and evaluate the academic influence of the institution with a new angle.It has the advantages of simple,intuitive and visual,but there are some problems.[Method/Process]Based on the data analysis and empirical research,this paper analyzed the above problems of institutional h2 index.First,the cooperation in same institution greatly improved the h2 value.Second,different institutions had the same number of high-level scientific researchers,but the number of cited number and high-cited papers might be a large gap.In addition,the institutional h2 index excluded the author who had single high-cited paper but less papers and low h-index,ignoring the single high-cited papers and the authors contributing to the academic influence of institutions.[Result/Conclusion]The paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures in view of the above problems to correct the h2 index.And based on the new institutional h2n index,the paper proposed a comprehensive evaluation index of the institutional academic influence.
