摘要:某衛星是一顆具備高分辨率成像能力的C頻段多極化合成孔徑雷達(SAR)成像衛星,也是我國首顆設計壽命達到8年的低軌C頻段多極化高分辨率微波遙感衛星。該衛星SAR有源相控陣天線采用可折疊二維有源相控天線陣體制。本文介紹了該星載相控陣天線可靠性設計以及評估試驗情況,針對其開展分析,梳理其主要故障模式,提出相應的可靠性評估模型和方法;通過可靠性試驗驗證,采集了產品地面試驗數據,對該相控陣天線開展可靠性評估并給出了該星載相控陣天線在軌可靠性壽命結果。本文的方法對其他有源相控天線可靠性設計有極大的借鑒作用。
Abstract: The satellite is a polarimetric SAR working in C band with high SAR imaging ability, it is also the first C band remote sensing satellite designed up to 8 years life. The active phased antenna of the SAR deployed the two dimensions active phased arrays. The reliability design and evaluations of corresponding tests about satellite are introduced in this paper. Through main malfunction analysis, the reliability evaluation pattern and method are proposed. Through reliability validation, the ground experiment results are obtained. The orbiting reliability life is also obtained according to the reliability evaluation of the space borne phased array antenna. In addition, our proposed method provides a significant reference for reliability design of AESA.

0 引言
某衛星是我國首顆C頻段多極化高分辨率微波遙感衛星。該衛星能夠全天候實現全球海洋和陸地信息的監視監測,并通過左右姿態機動提升快速響應能力、擴大對地觀測范圍。其獲取的C頻段多極化SAR圖像可以用于國民經濟多個領域。
該衛星是我國首顆設計壽命達到8年的低軌長壽命衛星,其SAR天線采用了開展開平面二維掃描固態有源相控陣天線體制。該SAR天線由天線子陣、TR組件、延時放大組件、波束控制器及波控單元、射頻收發及定標饋電網絡、二次電源、天線配電器、高低頻電纜網、有源安裝板、結構框架、展開機構和熱控等部分組成。天線陣面分為4塊可展開面板,其中ab面板組成天線陣面-X翼,cd面板組成天線陣面+X翼,其組成關系如圖1所示。……
