建筑工程質(zhì)量管理工作的監(jiān)督重點(diǎn)與方式

摘 要：目前，我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長速度逐漸加快，建筑業(yè)在其中發(fā)揮著重要作用。與此同時(shí)，隨著人們對(duì)房屋建筑工程質(zhì)量關(guān)注程度的提升，對(duì)于建筑工程質(zhì)量管理工作提出了更為嚴(yán)格的要求。為了促進(jìn)我國建筑行業(yè)的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展，必須采取科學(xué)的管理方式對(duì)我國建筑工程質(zhì)量管理工作進(jìn)行監(jiān)督，以明確建筑工程質(zhì)量工作的監(jiān)督重點(diǎn)與監(jiān)督方式。

Abstract： At present， the speed of economic growth in China has been accelerated gradually， and the construction industry plays an important role in it. At the same time， as people pay more attention to the quality of housing construction， more stringent requirements for the quality management of building engineering are put forward. In order to promote China's construction industry sustained and healthy development， we must take a scientific approach to the management of constraints on the construction project quality management in China， the focus of supervision and supervision to help clear the quality of construction work.

建筑行業(yè)在推動(dòng)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方面發(fā)揮著重要作用，為了確保建筑行業(yè)能持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展，應(yīng)重點(diǎn)從建筑工程質(zhì)量管理入手，提高管理水平。然而，在對(duì)建筑工程質(zhì)量實(shí)際調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn)，建筑工程質(zhì)量問題屢見不鮮，極大制約了我國建筑工程行業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此，為了確保建筑工程質(zhì)量，使其滿足相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，需要提升建筑工程的使用年限，最大限度地延長建筑工程的使用壽命，對(duì)工程中的重點(diǎn)環(huán)節(jié)加大監(jiān)督力度，采取科學(xué)的監(jiān)督管理方式，實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代建筑行業(yè)管理質(zhì)量的進(jìn)一步提升。

1 建筑工程質(zhì)量管理的基本含義

對(duì)于建筑工程企業(yè)管理工作而言，質(zhì)量管理是其中最為關(guān)鍵的工作環(huán)節(jié)。在建筑工程質(zhì)量管理過程中，為了提升建筑工程施工質(zhì)量，有必要通過科學(xué)、合理的方式方法來對(duì)建筑工程質(zhì)量進(jìn)行監(jiān)督，并采取相應(yīng)檢測(cè)方式對(duì)建筑工程總體施工情況進(jìn)行檢測(cè)，隨后采用歸納及分析等手段對(duì)檢測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行處理，從而有效反映出建筑工程質(zhì)量的總體水平，進(jìn)而對(duì)相關(guān)影響建筑工程質(zhì)量的情況進(jìn)行處理。……
