信息時代社交軟件的利弊淺析

摘 要：隨著移動通信、光纖通信的發展和改進，人們已經進入到了便捷化的“互聯網+”信息時代，QQ、微信、微博、知乎、人人網、陌陌和米聊等社交軟件如雨后春筍般出現，為人類傳統的社交方式帶來了極大的沖擊。社交軟件突破了人際交往的時空限制，利用社交軟件可以實時進行交流，也可以利用匿名等方式擺脫人類社交關系的束縛，方便人們進行交友交流和溝通互動。但是，社交軟件也同樣存在較大的弊端，比如觸發信任危機、觸犯道德底線，甚至誘發犯罪等，嚴重影響人們的身心健康。因此亟需建立完善的社交軟件制度，以及完善社交軟件應用法律制度，構建一個和諧的網絡社交環境。

A Brief Analysis of the Advantages and Disadvantages of Social Software in the Information Age

Abstract：With the development of mobile communication，optical fiber communication development and improvement，it has entered into a convenient “Internet plus” information age，QQ，WeChat，micro-blog，knowing，renren.com，unfamiliar street and M chat and other social software such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain general was born，brought great impact to human social. Social software breaks through the time and space constraints of interpersonal communication，uses social software to communicate in real time，and can also make use of anonymity to get rid of the constraints of human social relations and facilitate people to make friends and communicate and communicate. However，social software also has a lot of drawbacks，such as triggering the crisis of trust，breaking the moral bottom line，and even inducing crime，which seriously affects people's physical and mental health. Therefore，it is urgent to establish a perfect social software system，perfect the legal system of social software application and build a harmonious network social environment.

0 引 言

隨著云計算、大數據、多媒體等技術的飛速發展，新媒介層出不窮，社交軟件在短短的幾年內，憑借自身特點風靡網絡，吸引力和影響力快速上升。根據騰訊、臉書（Facebook）等大型社交軟件企業調查結果分析，43.6%的人群通過社交軟件獲取信息、表達情緒和進行人際交往，向社會展示自己的喜怒哀樂[1]。社交軟件經過多年發展，經歷了聊天、產品服務、交友服務等三代。第一代以聊天為主，比如博客、騰訊QQ、郵箱和微軟MSN；第二代是提供產品服務，比如人人桌面、阿里旺旺、飛信、京東咚咚等；第三代是隨著智能終端和4G通信網絡發展而產生的，代表軟件包括微信、陌陌、米聊等，這些軟件不僅可以提供文字聊天，還可以實現視頻面對面聊天[2]。……
