A brief analysis of the environment music in modern living places

Abstract： the music form of music is based on social functional is given priority to，appreciation is complementary，it can relieve pressure，eliminate fatigue，improve labor efficiency，apply colours to a drawing atmosphere and so on，these effects make the environment music as part of our life，now the environment music in our country has not into a complete system，the study of it in its infancy.Environment music has become a kind of functional music that is widely needed by people.There is a certain reason for music，because peoples living standard is quite high，they care about whether the living environment is more comfortable and beautify their living environment with artistic methods.Therefore，environment music is a very promising research direction.

I.origin and development of environment music

Music plays a very important role in human living environment.As early as in ancient times，when humans did not know how to communicate in language，they expressed their hearts to each other completely by the change of tone.With the passage of time，peoples labor productivity is constantly improving.The consistent calling mode has gradually become the bridge and symbol of communication between human beings.And the most primitive instrumental music is the stone and wooden tools beaten by human beings to celebrate and share the fruits of labor and express their happy mood.With the improvement of peoples material life，music plays an increasingly obvious role in human beings，and music subdivision is becoming more and more systematic.In 1960，Japanese musician Hattori Tadashi was proposed the concept of “environment music”.At present，China has two kinds of expressions for “environment music” ：1.In a broad sense，music refers to music works played and used in all occasions and activities，which are in contact with peoples living environment and inseparable from human life.2.Environment music in the narrow sense：the consumption place plays some music works for profit，which is only used for the background mapped by a particular environment.Therefore，the so-called atmosphere music or background music is the environment music in the narrow sense.Whether in a broad sense or a narrow sense，we can draw a conclusion that the non-appreciative music applicable to real life or special occasions is the environment music.

Ⅱ.Combining theoretical knowledge analysis how to create an environment music

The role of environment music is to change peoples emotions，but in order to influence peoples emotions，the music itself must be emotional，so as to make the listeners heart resonate.Therefore，the elements of music and music are returned.There are three elements of music：tone color，length and strength.

A melody is a rhythmic tone that rises and falls in an orderly horizontal pattern.Sound is different，high and low intensity，vibration frequency the speed of sound wave produces different pitch，usually，crisp high voice makes people feel sweet and clear，low voice gives people a deep and dark feeling.Size the amplitude of vibration of sound waves becomes the tone of intensity change with a certain rhythm.Melody is like the melody of language，rhythm reflects the beauty of language，and has a good direction of the level，intensity changes also enrich the melody line.Rhythm and emotional melody become the main means of expressing emotions，and it is reflected in the artistic language of emotions.In many music styles，waltz is recognized as the most elegant and romantic style，because the smooth melodious waltz melody，rhythm light，bright，like falling into the river as wonderful ripples layer upon layer.No wonder the song “blue Danube” is a waltz in the classic.Due to the attraction and variability of melody，music demands of different occasions are different.

Timbre，as the name implies，is the color of sound.All sounds can give people a special color，or light or dark，or full or dry，which is actually a kind of emotional expression，and even the ability of tone to express emotions is more powerful than melody，because it is a direct feeling，even those who do not understand music can feel the emotions.For example：bamboo flute crisp melodious，xiao low gentle； The violin is light and bright，the bass is thick and penetrating and so on.The musical instrument characteristic timbre characteristic matches on the characteristic corresponding melody will have the unexpected effect.
