【摘要】 目的 探討智能輸液監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)在基層醫(yī)院臨床護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 192例呼吸內(nèi)科輸液治療的患者, 隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組與觀察組, 各96例。對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)方法進(jìn)行監(jiān)控, 觀察組采用智能輸液監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控, 比較兩組護(hù)理效率和護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果 觀察組單個(gè)患者護(hù)理工作量(0.69±0.41)h、單個(gè)患者平均總耗時(shí)(175.63±26.48)min顯著短于對(duì)照組患者的(1.23±0.51)h、(256.14±11.59)min, 差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。對(duì)照組非常滿意22例, 基本滿意46例, 不滿意28例, 護(hù)理滿意度為70.83%;觀察組非常滿意36例, 基本滿意54例, 不滿意6例, 護(hù)理滿意度為93.75%;觀察組護(hù)理滿意度顯著高于對(duì)照組, 差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 智能輸液監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)在基層醫(yī)院臨床護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用效果顯著, 患者接受度較高, 可有效減輕護(hù)士輸液工作量, 提高患者滿意度, 值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of intelligent infusion monitoring system for clinical nursing in primary hospitals. Methods A total of 192 patients with respiratory medicine infusion therapy were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 96 cases in each group. The control group received conventional method for monitoring, and the observation group received intelligent infusion monitoring system for monitoring. The nursing efficiency and nursing satisfaction between the two groups was compared. Results The observation group had single patient care workload as (0.69±0.41) h, average total time spent on a single patient as (175.63±26.48) min, which were significantly shorter than (1.23±0.51) h and (256.14±11.59) min in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The control group had 22 satisfied cases, 46 basically satisfied cases, and 28 dissatisfied cases, with nursing satisfaction degree as 70.83%; while the observation group had 36 satisfied cases, 54 basically satisfied cases and 6 dissatisfied cases, with nursing satisfaction degree as 93.75%. The observation group had significantly higher nursing satisfaction degree than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of intelligent infusion monitoring system has a remarkable effect in clinical nursing of primary hospitals with high acceptance in patients. It can effectively reduce the workload of nurses' infusion and improve patients'satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

在社會(huì)發(fā)展和醫(yī)療資源緊張的大環(huán)境下, 加上人口老齡化日益嚴(yán)重, 全面提升臨床護(hù)理服務(wù)工作效率迫在眉睫[1]。靜脈輸液技術(shù)是臨床護(hù)理的主要內(nèi)容之一, 易出現(xiàn)輸液中斷、堵管等現(xiàn)象, 稍有疏漏就會(huì)引來患者的不滿情緒, 容易產(chǎn)生護(hù)患矛盾甚至產(chǎn)生護(hù)患糾紛。所以, 需要選擇有效地遠(yuǎn)程輸液監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的方式[2]。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的持續(xù)快速發(fā)展, 尤其是醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生健康行業(yè)的突飛猛進(jìn), 高度智能化的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)使護(hù)士在計(jì)算機(jī)操作臺(tái)前就可以監(jiān)測(cè)到每例患者輸液時(shí)的各種參數(shù), 減輕了護(hù)士的工作量, 提高了工作效率。本院基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)建立了一套新的遠(yuǎn)程輸液監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)[3]。本文主要探討智能輸液監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)在基層醫(yī)院臨床護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用效果, 為減輕護(hù)士的工作量, 提高工作效率提供合理的方式, 詳細(xì)報(bào)告如下。
1 資料與方法
