摘要:結(jié)合徐鹽鐵路動車下行線路基下穿京滬高鐵基坑防護技術(shù)展開研究,闡述了徐鹽鐵路動車下行線路基下穿京滬高鐵基坑防護的施工方法,因京滬高鐵屬繁忙干線,行車密度大,安全風險高,且施工地段地質(zhì)為粉砂土,地下水位高,采用花管注漿加固既有橋墩周圍土體,鋼板樁接長插打基坑防護施工工藝為今后同等條件下穿繁忙干線施工提供了一些可借鑒的經(jīng)驗。
Abstract: Based on the research on the protection technology of the foundation pit protection of the Xuanyan railway subgrade under crossing Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, the construction method is expounded. Because the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway is a busy trunk line, the traffic density is high, the safety risk is high, the geological area of the construction site is silty sand, and the groundwater level is high, the soil around the pier is strengthened by the pipe grouting. Construction technology for protection of steel sheet piles with long inserted foundation pit provides some lessons for the construction of busy trunk lines under the same conditions in the future.

1 ?工程概況
徐州動車上下行線路基自徐州東站引出,在D1DK1+900~D1DK2+200處通過既有動車走行A、B線引入徐州動車存車場,在通過A、B線終端車檔后往南以路基形式引入新建動車運用所,上下行路基在D1DK3+594~D1DK3+672段以路基形式下穿京滬高鐵橋梁90#墩~91#墩,本段路基以鉆孔樁+U型槽結(jié)構(gòu)加固。
2 ?施工前準備
施工前先對既有90#、91#承臺周圍土體進行花管注漿固結(jié),保證對京滬承臺及鉆孔樁周圍土體的保護U型槽下穿京滬高鐵90~91號墩梁體底部及投影外側(cè)2m范圍內(nèi)基坑支護采用鋼板樁加圍檁支護,基坑深度3.7m,鋼板樁基坑支護尺寸39.25m*17.63m,鋼板樁采用12m長(共四或五節(jié),每節(jié)2m、3m進行交叉接長施工)拉森鋼板樁,圍檁框架采用HW350*350型鋼,內(nèi)撐采用D630*8鋼管,對應(yīng)既有線里程K697+660~K697+760,鄰營范圍共計0.1公里。見圖1、圖2。
3 ?施工方案
3.1 花管注漿
在既有京滬高鐵承臺外側(cè)1m范圍內(nèi)進行花管注漿,對承臺周圍土體進行固結(jié),距離既有承臺邊1m,花管注漿間距1m,正三角形梅花布置,注漿深度8m,靠近基坑側(cè)注漿3排,遠離基坑側(cè)注漿2排。……
