摘? ?要: 以拮抗菌HM-7的光密度值為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),采用單因素試驗(yàn)和正交試驗(yàn),對(duì)培養(yǎng)基中的碳源、氮源、無機(jī)鹽進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,利用分光光度法確定最優(yōu)培養(yǎng)基,旨在提高拮抗菌HM-7的產(chǎn)菌量,為進(jìn)一步研究拮抗菌HM-7提供一定的依據(jù)和參考,同時(shí)為生物防治在生活中廣泛應(yīng)用奠定基礎(chǔ)。結(jié)果表明,拮抗菌HM-7的最佳培養(yǎng)基配方為葡萄糖2 g、酵母膏8 g、NaCl 4 g、蒸餾水1 000 mL、pH7.0,在此條件下培養(yǎng)24 h,更利于菌體生長(zhǎng),為擴(kuò)大培養(yǎng)拮抗菌HM-7打下了基礎(chǔ)。

Abstract:The optical density of the antagonistic bacteria HM-7 was used as evaluation index, the carbon source nitrogen source and inorganic salt in the medium were optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, and the optimal conditions were determined by spectrophotometry. The aim of this study was to improve the yield and to provide a basis for the further study of antagonistic bacteria HM-7, meanwhile, it would lay the foundation for the extensive application of biological control in life. The results showed that the optimal medium of antagonistic bacteria HM-7 was glucose 2 g, yeast extract 8 g, NaCl 4 g, distilled water 1000 ml, pH 7.0, under these conditions, the growth of bacteria was much better than other formulas. Our results laid a foundation for expanding the culture of antagonistic bacteria HM-7.

近年來,環(huán)境問題顯露,人們的環(huán)保意識(shí)增強(qiáng),隨著人類對(duì)化學(xué)防治和物理防治的質(zhì)疑越來越多,促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展、維護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境的生物防治逐漸深入人心,受到人類關(guān)注。生物防治主要包括以蟲治蟲、以菌治蟲、以菌治菌3類,通過生物間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)作用、抗生作用、寄生作用、溶菌作用及誘導(dǎo)抗性對(duì)植物體發(fā)揮作用,具有選擇性強(qiáng)、無污染、兼防兼治保持生態(tài)平衡等優(yōu)點(diǎn)[1] 。生物防治能夠很快的深入人心,得到人民的普遍認(rèn)可,完全取決于其對(duì)人體無害且能更好的防治病蟲害,因此需要大力推進(jìn)生物防治的發(fā)展,讓生態(tài)環(huán)境越來越好,人民幸福感提升。自古代廣東省利用黃柑蟻防治柑橘害蟲后,國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者開始進(jìn)一步研究生物防治,因此生物防治成為防治病蟲害研究的一大熱點(diǎn)[2]。唐蕊等[3]從土壤中分離出對(duì)黃瓜枯萎病有拮抗作用的拮抗菌HM-7,鑒定為生防芽孢桿菌中的解淀粉芽孢桿菌,其具有廣泛的抑菌范圍,能夠抑制黃瓜等多種作物的病害,提高植物抗蟲性和抗逆性,因此有著良好的發(fā)展前景。……
