摘?要：經濟結構新常態(tài)下，社會對人才需求從理論型向應用型方向轉變，應用型本科院校的多元統(tǒng)計教學需要尋求新方案。因此本文提出了一套應用型本科院校背景下的多元統(tǒng)計教學新方案，有利于應用本科院校進行多元統(tǒng)計教學，為國家培養(yǎng)出更多的應用型人才，具有重要的實際意義。

of Multivariate Statistics with Applied Undergraduate Colleges

Abstract：Under the new normal economic structure，the talent demanding of social has changed from theoretical to applied，the teaching of multivariate statistical with Applied Undergraduate Colleges needs to new method.Therefore，this paper puts forward a new teaching method of multivariate statistical with Applied Undergraduate Colleges，which is conducive to teaching of multivariate statistical in universities，and has important practical significance to train more applied talents for our country.

1 概述

隨著經濟新常態(tài)的出現(xiàn)，產業(yè)結果不斷變革，各行各業(yè)對人才的需求發(fā)生了新的變化。尤其是大數(shù)據(jù)時代的到來，應用型統(tǒng)計人才的需求量越來越大，這迫使許多地方高校由傳統(tǒng)統(tǒng)計人才培養(yǎng)模式向應用型培養(yǎng)模式轉型。[1]～[3]然而，很多地方高校為了追求主流，在多元統(tǒng)計教學上跟風，所使用的教學方法不符合學校的辦學定位，導致培養(yǎng)的應用型統(tǒng)計人才與地方需求脫節(jié)，不利于高校應用型人才的培養(yǎng)。[4]多元統(tǒng)計分析是應用統(tǒng)計類專業(yè)的核心課程，它可解決現(xiàn)實世界多變量問題，在數(shù)據(jù)處理與分析中存在廣泛應用，從而合理進行多元統(tǒng)計教學至關重要。[5]因此，在應用本科院校中探索有效的多元統(tǒng)計教學方法，以此培養(yǎng)出應用統(tǒng)計學人才，提高高校服務地方能力，對我國應用型本科院校多元統(tǒng)計教學具有重要的意義。因此，本文構建了一套應用型本科院校背景下的多元統(tǒng)計教學新方案。
