工業廠房工程造價在設計階段的控制方法

摘要：工業行業是我國的重要行業，在工業行業的生產過程中，工業廠房是其中不可或缺的重要場地，工業廠房的建設要求非常高，而且規模通常都比較大， 需要花費大量的資金才能完成工業廠房的建設，為了減少工業廠房的建設資金投入，建設單位需要在設計階段來對工業廠房的造價進行控制，提升工業廠房設計工作的合理性。本文對工業廠房造價在設計階段的控制方法進行分析，并且提出了幾點相關性的淺見。

Abstract： The industrial trade is an important industry in China. In the production process of the industrial trade， the industrial plant is an indispensable and important site. The construction requirements of the industrial plant are very high， and the scale is usually large， which requires a lot of capital to complete the construction of industrial plants. In order to reduce the investment in the construction of the industrial plant， the construction unit needs to control the cost of the industrial plant at the design stage to improve the rationality of the industrial plant design. This paper analyzes the control method of the industrial plant cost in the design stage， and puts forward some relevant views.

0? 引言

工業廠房工程是一項非常重要的工程，在開展工業廠房工程項目的過程中，必須要對其進行嚴格的造價控制，減少工業廠房工程建設所需要的資金。在工業廠房工程的開展過程中，設計階段是其中的重點，這個階段對工業廠房工程的造價可以產生非常大的影響，如果工業廠房工程的設計出現問題，很有可能會產生巨大的額外費用，所以，要想實現工業廠房工程的造價控制，必須要重視設計階段的造價控制，下文對此問題進行簡要的闡述。

1? 對工業廠房工程設計階段進行造價控制的重要性

當前我國的社會處于高速進步的狀態，在這樣的背景下，各個行業都迎來了重大的進步機遇，工業作為我國的重要行業，也得到了非常明顯的進步，各種工業廠房不斷的建設，就是工業發展最好的證明。工業廠房工程在建設的過程中，對資金的消耗量非常大，建設單位對工業廠房工程的造價問題必須要有足夠的重視，減少在工程項目開展過程中的資金投入，這樣對于工業行業和建筑行業來說，都有非常重要的意義。……
