（1）Public Crisis and Moral Personality——Thoughts on Fighting Against New CoronavirusYan Hui

Moral personality is a psychological structure and mental system formed by external education and inner self-consciousness in the continuous production,communication and life of an individual,which is composed of four elements:faith,knowledge,emotion and will.It ensures that a person can maintain self-identity in the process of moral perception,judgment,reasoning and choice,and can think correctly and act justly.Moral personality is the core of the structure of virtue,which is the original basis of virtue theory,normative theory and practice theory.In a stable state of society,moral personality plays an effective role with the structure of “reason” and “emotion”; in a crisis state,however,it appears in a centralized way with the structure of “emotion” and “reason”.In the public crisis and crisis management,the hidden tendency of “to be good” and “to be evil” in the past will be expressed in a centralized way,which will give people a “false appearance” of “extremely good”or “extremely evil”.In the sense of normative theory,the principle of “exception” will appear in a centralized way.As a practical philosophy facing the life world,ethics should not only focus on the moral “Scene” in the crisis state,but also study the cultivation and application of moral personality in the stable state.The phenomenon of “excessive”,“insufficient” and “moderate” in moral action in crisis state will be reflected,criticized and corrected in the “post epidemic era”.

（2）Can the Mixed-ownership Reform Improve the Performance of SOEsGong Na

Based on the institutional background of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises(SOEs),taking the A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2018 as samples,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of mixed-ownership reform of SOEs on enterprise performance based on the quasi-natural experiment of the new round of mixed-ownership reform of SOEs.The results of quasi-natural experiments and difference in difference model test show that the performance of SOEs with mixed-ownership reform is better.Further research shows that the degree of reduction ratio of the actual controlling shareholding of SOEs will not have a significant impact on the performance of enterprises.In addition,the mixed-ownership reform will only have a short-term impact on the performance of SOEs.

（3）Study on the Relationship Between Intermediary Supervision and the Investment Efficiency of Directional New Issuance Companies——Based on the Empirical Evidence of Listed Companies in Shanghai and ShenzhenZhang Weidong Lei Song

The efficiency of corporate investment has always been concerned by the outsiders.Inefficient investment is not only easy to cause waste of resources,reduce the value of the company,but also more likely to cause the loss of shareholders’interests.Due to its simple issuing procedure and lower issuing cost,directional new issuance has become the mainstream refinancing way of listed companies in China.However,the investment efficiency of listed companies has not reached the optimal level because the funds raised by directional new issuance have not been used reasonably.Taking the Ashare companies that have successfully implemented directional new issuance in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock market from 2006 to 2016 as samples,this paper empirically tests the effect of employing auditors and sponsors on the investment efficiency of the companies.The results show that:the higher the reputation of the auditors employed by the company,the better the investment efficiency of the company; when the company employs high reputation auditors and sponsors at the same time,the investment efficiency of the company will be further improved.This study reveals the positive effect of auditors and sponsors on the investment efficiency of the companies with directional new issuance,which provides evidence for the joint effect of audit supervision and sponsor supervision on improving the investment efficiency of the companies with directional new issuance,and provides direct theoretical basis for improving the intermediary supervision system of new issuance in China.

（4）On the Theoretical Strategy and Unique Perspectives of Kang-I Sun’s Studies on Female Literature in the Ming and Qing DynastiesJiang Shuzhuo Zeng Xutong

Taking the gender theory as the cut point,the local culture as the standpoint,and the traditional aesthetic context as the clue,Kang-I Sun reinspected the female literature in the Ming and Qing dynasties and provided a new perspective for the re-writing of the history of literature.Based on the the close reading of the women’s work in Ming and Qing dynasties,Kang-I Sun concluded three typical aesthetic characteristics:“qing”,“guhan” and “yinyang”,so as to explore the traditional aesthetic connotation of the women’s works of Ming and Qing dynasties,so as to explore how the women’s literature of Ming and Qing dynasties continue and develop traditional cultural resources,and how to participate in the generation of literary history.Through the above research path,we can provide a kind of aesthetic value grasp for the understanding of “l(fā)iterary history re writing”,combine the other theory with the native cultural gene,and re-examine the generation process of literary history.

（5）On the Renting Silver for Grand Canal in Ming and Qing DynastiesLing Yan

The dike of the Grand Canal was built as a boundary initially,the materials and labor needed for its construction and maintenance became the taxes and corvee of the county along the river.In the early years of Emperor Wanli,Ming Dynasty,the director-general of the Grand Canal called on the residents and merchants to live on the dike instead of driving them away.Subsequently,twenty counties levied taxes on the buildings on the dike or the lands between dikes.In the Qing dynasty,the number of counties that collected the renting silver increased,the taxes from the dike turned into fixed tax items which continued after the grain transportation system ceased.In all,the interweaving of canal and local taxes and corvee is not only the materials and corvee,but also the dike itself becomes a profit-making means to provide direct income generation,and gradually becomes a part of fixed tax.

（6）On the Improvement of the Principle of Safe Harbor and the Classified Responsibility of the Network Service Provider in CyberspaceWang Limei

Since its introduction into China,the principle of safe harbor has gradually expanded from the protection of the right of information network communication to the field of civil rights and interests.Due to the development of information network technology,more and more new network service providers have emerged,leading to the abuse in applying subjects and the generalization of applying rights in China’s justice.The cloud computing case and the wechat small program case represent the breakthrough of this alienation dilemma in justice.Taking the two cases as a clue,in order to better play the function of rights protection and industrial support,China’s safe harbor provisions should add the “notice and transfer notice” obligation in addition to the “notice to delete” rule,and distinguish three types of obligations:“delete”,“transfer notice” and “self audit” According to the level and difference of service type of network service provider,
