土木工程施工管理中存在的問題分析

摘要：土木工程最大的特征就是環環相扣，只有做好土木工程施工管理工作，才能綜合提升工程的質量與效率[1]。當下我國土木工程管理還存在一些問題，影響了我國建筑行業的發展和進步。因此人們需要重點關注建筑工程的管理問題和其解決措施來提高工程的質量與效率，并促進該行業的健康發展[3]。本文從安全、技術、材料、管理體制等四個方面對土木工程中的問題進行簡要分析，對于土木工程施工管理的發展有一定的意義。

Abstract： The biggest feature of civil engineering is interlocking. Only by doing a good job in civil engineering construction management can we comprehensively improve the quality and efficiency of the project. At present， there are still some problems in China's civil engineering management， which have affected the development and progress of China's construction industry. Therefore， people need to focus on the management of construction projects and the solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of the project and promote the healthy development of the industry. This article briefly analyzes the problems in civil engineering from four aspects， including safety， technology， materials， and management system. It has certain significance for the development of civil engineering construction management.

0 ?引言

近年來，我國土木工程建設行業隨著社會主義市場經濟的發展，也取得了極大的突破，各種土木工程項目不斷涌現，由于人們對建筑的安全、質量以及舒適度等方面的要求越來越高，各項目的工程量和施工難度也在不斷的提高。

基于此，土木工程施工管理就是一個建筑工程領域十分重要的研究課題。建設工程項目管理包括業主方、設計方、施工方、供貨方以及建設項目工程總承包方的項目管理等，其中各方的項目管理包括安全管理、目標控制（進度控制、成本控制、質量控制）、合同管理、信息管理以及組織與協調方面的工作。土木工程施工管理重點指各方面項目管理工作中涉及施工的部分，屬于一種生產行為，其施工工序繁雜，施工質量易受人員、技術、材料、環境等因素影響，因此如何把控好這些因素是土木工程施工管理的重要問題。……
