裝配式建筑項(xiàng)目信息化管理研究綜述

摘要：裝配式建筑的建造過(guò)程跟傳統(tǒng)建筑相比有較大差異，且涉及多維度信息，傳統(tǒng)信息管理模式下難以實(shí)現(xiàn)多維度信息的及時(shí)收集、準(zhǔn)確高效傳遞與利用管理。裝配式建筑的信息化管理是促進(jìn)建筑工業(yè)化信息化的有效推手，也是實(shí)現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的必然要求。本文基于BIM環(huán)境下，概括了國(guó)外裝配式建筑項(xiàng)目信息化管理過(guò)程中信息傳遞、信息處理、信息利用等方面的研究成果。從收集信息、信息傳遞障礙、信息集成化管理等三方面闡述了我國(guó)裝配式建筑項(xiàng)目信息化管理的研究成果與實(shí)踐進(jìn)展，從而進(jìn)一步論證裝配式建筑項(xiàng)目信息化管理的必要性。

Abstract： The construction process of prefabricated buildings is quite different from that of traditional buildings， and multi-dimensional information is involved. Under the traditional information management mode， it is difficult to realize the timely collection， accurate and efficient transmission and utilization management of multi-dimensional information.The information management of prefabricated buildings is an effective way to promote the industrialization and informationization of buildings， and it is also an inevitable requirement to achieve high-quality development.Based on the BIM environment， this paper summarizes the research results of information transfer， information processing and information utilization in the informatization management of prefabricated building projects in foreign countries.This paper expounds the research achievements and practical progress of the information management of prefabricated building projects in China from three aspects of information collection， information transfer obstacle and information integration management， so as to further demonstrate the necessity of the information management of prefabricated building projects.

0 ?引言

裝配式建筑項(xiàng)目信息化管理是指裝配式建筑項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程中將現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)與管理理念相融合，以促進(jìn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理水平不斷提高的過(guò)程。這個(gè)過(guò)程包括信息收集、信息傳輸、信息處理和信息使用等環(huán)節(jié)。裝配式建筑項(xiàng)目的建造是一種將建筑業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合，并環(huán)環(huán)相扣的鏈狀生產(chǎn)過(guò)程，與傳統(tǒng)建筑項(xiàng)目相比，裝配式建筑項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)業(yè)化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的特點(diǎn)決定了其項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程中信息收集傳遞加工使用的必要性。因此推動(dòng)裝配式建筑高質(zhì)量發(fā)展以及加快建筑業(yè)工業(yè)化與信息化深度融合，實(shí)現(xiàn)信息化管理尤為重要。為此本文從裝配式建筑項(xiàng)目信息化管理模式出發(fā)，梳理與概括有關(guān)國(guó)內(nèi)外裝配式建筑信息化管理的現(xiàn)狀及相關(guān)研究，剖析我國(guó)裝配式建筑信息化管理的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，探究裝配式建筑項(xiàng)目信息化管理中各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)中存在的問(wèn)題，以期推動(dòng)裝配式建筑更好更快發(fā)展。……
