信息技術(shù)在醫(yī)院衛(wèi)生管理中的應(yīng)用

[摘要] 隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，科學(xué)技術(shù)也在不斷創(chuàng)新，信息技術(shù)已經(jīng)在各行各業(yè)有了廣泛地應(yīng)用，因?yàn)樾畔⒓夹g(shù)具備著快速化、集成化的優(yōu)勢(shì)和特點(diǎn)，尤其是在醫(yī)院管理中。信息技術(shù)從單機(jī)管理的基礎(chǔ)上逐漸完善、不斷創(chuàng)新，已經(jīng)邁向了網(wǎng)絡(luò)集成化的發(fā)展方向。我國(guó)各大醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的信息管理水平也在不斷提高，因此，對(duì)醫(yī)院和各大醫(yī)療結(jié)構(gòu)信息化管理提出了更嚴(yán)格的要求。將信息化管理技術(shù)應(yīng)用到醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)和醫(yī)院管理工作中，能提高醫(yī)院各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)信息資源化程度，能在很大程度上優(yōu)化服務(wù)質(zhì)量的同時(shí)節(jié)省運(yùn)營(yíng)成本，進(jìn)而提高醫(yī)院的信息化管理水平和效率。目前，縱觀我國(guó)各大醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)信息管理系統(tǒng)，主要以HIS系統(tǒng)為主，這項(xiàng)管理系統(tǒng)的綜合性非常強(qiáng)，能將醫(yī)院中的各項(xiàng)行政管理工作綜合起來(lái)，包括醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)、財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)、醫(yī)療科研、病案工作人力資源等各個(gè)部門，促進(jìn)醫(yī)院提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量和能力，給患者提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的醫(yī)療服務(wù)。因此，信息化技術(shù)對(duì)于醫(yī)院管理工作有著非常重要的影響，能給醫(yī)院管理工作順利開(kāi)展提供可靠依據(jù)。

[Abstract] With the development of society and economy， science and technology are constantly innovating. Information technology has been widely used in all walks of life， because information technology has the advantages and characteristics of rapid and integrated， especially in hospital management. Information technology has been gradually improved and continuously innovated on the basis of stand-alone management， and has moved towards the development direction of network integration. The information management level of major medical institutions in China is also constantly improving. Therefore， stricter requirements have been imposed on the information management of hospitals and major medical structures. The application of information management technology to medical structure and hospital management can improve the degree of resource utilization of various hospital data， and can greatly optimize service quality while saving operating costs， thereby improving the hospital's information management level and effectiveness. At present， when looking at the information management systems of major medical institutions in China， the HIS system is mainly used. This management system is very comprehensive and can integrate various administrative management tasks in the hospital， including medical insurance， financial accounting， various departments such as medical scientific research， human resources for medical records work， etc.， promote hospitals to improve service quality and capabilities， and provide patients with high-quality medical services. Therefore， information technology has a very important impact on hospital management and can provide a reliable basis for the smooth development of hospital management.

近年來(lái)，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展，人們的生活水平也有著顯著變化，患者在就診期間對(duì)醫(yī)療環(huán)境和醫(yī)護(hù)服務(wù)水平也有著較高的要求，患者不僅要求醫(yī)生要有先進(jìn)的醫(yī)療設(shè)備、醫(yī)生具備精湛的醫(yī)療水平，還要求醫(yī)院保持良好的就醫(yī)環(huán)境，才能用良好的心態(tài)面對(duì)患者治療，因此，醫(yī)院必須要改善醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)，提高醫(yī)院整體的治療水平和醫(yī)療環(huán)境。……
