研究分析黃芪葛根湯治療糖尿病腎病氣陰兩虛兼瘀阻腎絡(luò)證的效果評(píng)價(jià)

[摘要] 目的 研究糖尿病腎病氣陰兩虛兼瘀阻腎絡(luò)證應(yīng)用黃芩葛根湯治療的臨床效果。方法 研究資料為該院2018年3月—2019年6月收治的80例糖尿病腎病氣陰兩虛兼瘀阻腎絡(luò)證患者，利用隨機(jī)分組的方式將所有患者分成常規(guī)組（40例）和治療組（40例），針對(duì)常規(guī)組患者實(shí)施常規(guī)的西藥治療;針對(duì)治療組患者實(shí)施黃芩葛根湯治療;觀察比較兩組糖尿病腎病患者的臨床治療效果。結(jié)果 常規(guī)組患者治愈率（60.00%）明顯低于治療組患者的治愈率（95.00%），差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;治療組患者治療后的甘油三酯、總膽固醇及低密度脂蛋白顯著優(yōu)于常規(guī)組患者，組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 針對(duì)糖尿病腎病氣陰兩虛兼瘀阻腎絡(luò)證患者采用中藥黃芩葛根湯治療具有明顯的臨床效果，對(duì)患者身體的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)也有著明顯的改善作用。

Study and Analysis of the Effect Evaluation of Huangqi Gegen Decoction on Diabetic Nephropathy

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effects of Huangqin Gegen Decoction on diabetic nephropathy with Qi and Yin deficiency and stasis and kidney collateral syndrome. Methods The study data were collected from 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy， Qi deficiency and yin deficiency and stasis and kidney collateral syndrome treated in our hospital from March 2018 to June 2019. All patients were randomly divided into conventional group （40 cases） and treatment group （40 cases）， the patients in the conventional group were treated with conventional western medicine; the patients in the treatment group were treated with Huangqi Gegen Decoction; and the clinical treatment effects of patients with diabetic nephropathy were observed and compared. Results The cure rate of patients in the conventional group（60.00%） was significantly lower than that of the patients in the treatment group（95.00%）， and the difference between the groups was significantly less than 0.05; the patients in the treatment group had significant triglycerides， total cholesterol， and low-density lipoprotein compared with the patients in the conventional group， the differences between the groups were significant and statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of diabetic nephropathy with QI and YIN deficiency and stasis and kidney collateral syndrome with Chinese medicine Huangqi Gegen Decoction has obvious clinical effect， and it also has obvious effects on improving the patient's physical indicators.

糖尿病腎病是一種臨床中常見的由糖尿病引發(fā)的并發(fā)癥，其發(fā)病原因主要與患者體內(nèi)糖份代謝、脂代謝紊亂及腎小球高灌注等有關(guān)[1]。在臨床治療中通常采用常規(guī)的西藥用藥治療，但是其治療效果不是特別顯著[2]。醫(yī)學(xué)專家建議可以采用中藥給予治療，從中醫(yī)角度觀察，糖尿病腎病氣陰兩虛兼瘀阻腎絡(luò)證主要治療病機(jī)在于標(biāo)實(shí)本虛[3]，在該病證中，氣陰兩虛主要為本證，而瘀阻腎絡(luò)主要為標(biāo)證，對(duì)于該現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)該通過化瘀通絡(luò)的原則對(duì)患者進(jìn)行治療。該文選取該院2018年3月—2019年6月收治的80例患者，選取40例將采用中藥黃芩葛根湯治療糖尿病腎病氣陰兩虛兼瘀阻腎絡(luò)證患者的臨床治療效果及患者的各項(xiàng)身體指標(biāo)進(jìn)行研究觀察，報(bào)道如下。
