淺析中職學校陽光體育活動的實效性

摘 ?要：陽光體育活動開展以來已有10余年的時間，各學校取得了不俗的成績。但是在長期的發展過程中也存在著一定問題，這些問題阻礙了陽光體育活動的繼續發展。陽光體育運動雖然也受到一些中職學校的歡迎，但經調查研究發現，大部分中職學校受學校體育場地的限制、班級的增多，與體育課堂教學授課要求還存在一定差距，活動組織方式、方法缺乏開拓與創新，活動內容單一，缺乏群眾性和廣泛性，少數學生活動，多數學生觀看，沒有達預期的陽光體育活動的真實效果，很多活動都無法組織開展，這樣的做法就使陽光體育運動流于形式，不會取得任何效果。因此，中職學校作為陽光體育活動執行的重要教育單位，必須肩負責任，發揮自身的優勢，促進體育教學改革，推動陽光體育活動的發展。

Abstract： It has been more than 10 years since the launch of Sunshine Sports， and schools have achieved good results. However， there are also certain problems in the long-term development process， which hinder the continued development of sunshine sports activities. Although Sunshine Sports is also welcomed by some secondary vocational schools， surveys and studies have found that most secondary vocational schools are restricted by the school's sports venues and the number of classes has increased. There is still a certain gap between the requirements for physical education and the teaching of sports. The method lacks pioneering and innovation， the content of the activity is single， lack of mass and breadth， a small number of student activities， most students watch， does not achieve the expected true effect of sunny sports activities， many activities can not be organized and carried out， this approach makes sunshine sports Movement is superficial and does nothing. Therefore， secondary vocational schools， as an important educational unit for the implementation of sunshine sports activities， must shoulder their responsibilities， give play to their advantages， promote the reform of physical education， and promote the development of sunshine sports activities.

1 ?中職陽光體育活動現狀研究

通過查閱資料和參考大量文獻，并沒有查閱到國外中職陽光體育活動相關的研究文獻，中國只有對九年義務教育階段陽光體育活動方面做了大量的研究與分析，忽略了對中職陽光體育活動方面研究與實踐，中職“陽光體育運動”理論研究和探索基本還處于空白。

根據相關資料及調查研究顯示，目前我國中職學校陽光體育活動的進行并不理想。一方面是學生及家長的陽光體育意識薄弱，對陽光體育不認可、不了解、不關心，認為陽光體育與自身的技能發展與職業發展毫無關系;另一方面是學校及教師陽光體育意識薄弱，陽光體育課程開設及活動舉行極少，只有一些相應的體育課程的開設，甚至有時候會被其它專業課程占用。因此，在中職學校開展陽光體育活動實踐探索是很有必要的。

2 ?中職陽光體育活動的重要性

陽光體育活動有教育部及國家體育總局提出以“健康第一”為目標，全面提高學生體質健康水平為要求。隨著陽光體育活動的發展，陽光體育活動已經突破以健康第一目標的培育方式，逐漸成為一種新穎的體育教學方式，注重學生身心健康全面發展，注重學生的主體意識、體育意識及創新意識的培養，注重學校體育環境、體育文化、體育制度的建設與發展。中職作為國家重要的職業教育，陽光體育活動在中職教學具有積極的作用。中職學校及教師要充分認識到陽光體育活動的重要性，推動陽光體育活動的進步與發展。
